Find Best Price at Amazon"PERFORMANCE IN COLD WEATHER. For the past 5 years, I've used the Big Buddy heaters to heat two small cabins, 200 sq feet each, with vaulted ceilings. Without the Big Buddy, my primary cabin averages 37 F in the winter, and my studio averages 35 F. With the Big Buddy, I can keep either cabin at a toasty 65 to 70 F. In the past, I used the smaller Mr. Cabin: From full cold (37 to 45 F indoors), it feels like it takes forever to heat 200 sq feet on low. It just provides a radiant heat source for the side of your body that faces it. INDOORS AT NIGHT -- DON'T DO IT. Although it is safe to use indoors, and after years of experience with these heaters, I'm confident in that claim, I still do not recommend running it at night or while you're sleeping. The wire cage that protects you from the ceramic elements is well designed -- far enough from the elements to protect against accidental touch, without adding too much bulk. This is especially important when you're wearing bulky layers and unknowingly dangling coat sleeves, lanyards, and jacket corners. Makes the entire package bulky, susceptible to damage, annoyingly shaped, and hard to store around other objects. You'll be able to pack it more efficiently, travel without worrying about moisture, and move it wherever you want without risking so much damage. I suggest you shop around."
"We have a 25lb propane tank hooked up to it with the hose kit accessory. I knocked off a star because of the fan feature. I don't recommend using batteries because they don't last long (8hrs max) and it's very quiet, so it's easy to forget that it's on even after turning it off. One last tip: if you're using a 25lb gas propane tank, you only need to turn the value on the tank about 3/4 to one full turn."
"I did spring for the quick connect propane hose by Mr. Heater for hooking up 20-40lb propane cylinders. If you buy the regulated quick connect hose you DO NOT have to buy the filters for running bulk propane. This heater can be hooked up to (2) bulk propane tanks at the same time using connection hoses for bulk propane 20lb cylinders adapted to the 1lb connector or (1) 20lb bulk tank using the quick connect hose (to clarify for absolute clarity it only has (1) quick connect inlet and has an additional (2) propane inlets that are fitted for 1lb bottles. It does not matter what side you hook up propane to or in what manner you hook it up, the heater will run normally and work on all of its temperature settings (yes this was brought up in other reviews and is a source of confusion). The heater puts out a lot of heat on the HIGH settings and other reviews of the 1lb bottles freezing up on HIGH settings are more than likely accurate. This is no fault to the heater, it's just that on HIGH this thing eats up a good bit of propane and over a period of time empties those 1lb bottles more quickly, thus the moving gas freezes up the bottle. The connections seem machined well and I have never had a problem using my Mr. heater hoses."

"I bought this in the event I travel (rare) or for power outages at my house (just run out to the van to cook instead.). Depending on your model car and what else is on the same circuit your cigarette lighter receptacle is on, don't be surprised if it pops a fuse. Since it seals pretty well, that moisture will stay trapped and I can imagine mildew or bacteria forming. I bent the tabs straight up, then pinched in the sides of the pan so that that lip doesn't prevent the oven from closing. This is better than the disposable foil loaf pans, as it is bigger, has a flatter bottom (conducts heat better), is more durable and easier to clean. You could probably cut the lip off the pan, but I would imagine that would leave VERY sharp edges and may expose bare metal that could rust."
"They leave early & want a hot breakfast sandwich, but are not ready to eat first thing in the morning. I make bagel sandwiches (egg, sausage or whatever) for the week & freeze them wrapped in parchment or freezer paper & foil (complaints that the foil in direct contact w/the food left a tinny taste). This unit fits two large bagel sandwiches perfectly and heats them from frozen in just over an hour, turning them once about half way."
"We do all kinds of things, stir fry, caseroles, enchiladas, lasagne. If it's thawed he said is about 30 to 45 minutes, frozen it tasks and hour ad 15 minutes."

Find Best Price at Amazon"This item does not come with instructions, so I looked at a few blogs and articles as well as some YouTube videos before starting. First off, the only tools needed are a Philips head screw driver and a 3/8" socket or wrench. Once the cover is off, you will see the ceiling template (metal bracket that holds the whole thing in place) as well as the electrical connection box. Make sure the power is off before moving on...got it, ok. Ok the outside of the box is a white plug with six wires...simply squeeze the sides and pull off...its that easy. There are four bolts that hold the unit in place along the outer edges of this metal frame. Be careful, the a/c unit is 80-85 pounds which while not outrageously heavy, due to its shape and size is awkward and can cause a back injury. Grab those 4 long bolts and your 3/8" socket again and put the ceiling template back in place. Once the a/c is as tight as it needs to be, place the freeze control sensor on to the new unit's coils, reach inside the new unit and pull out the power plug and plug it into the electrical box. If you turn it on and everything sounds right you're good to go, simply reattach the ceiling unit/filter housing and relax."

Pros: Very compact and easy to store. -GREAT flame; tall but not too tall, warm and inviting. Cons: The lid is easy to get on, but the stretchy straps that hook over the lid to form the handle can be a bit of a pain to handle."

Find Best Price at Amazon"I put a small gob of gasket seal on each screw along with a lock washer to keep the screws from working loose."
"However, I did wipe them down with a UV protectant before installation and I plan on reapplying that product several times a year to try to get a bit more longevity out of them. After drilling and mounting the brackets to the roof vent frame, I covered the screw heads with a small dollop of lap sealant (again....optional and not in the directions). I purchased the black one to go over the bed to diminish the amount of light coming in during the early morning hours. Eventually you can hit the top of the cover but at that point the roof vents are wide open. The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was due to how easily the screws stripped, which hold the louvered cover in place. The one thing that all of the vent cover manufacturers talk about is of course, air flow."
"it does just what its supposed to I'm happy with it,,,,,, Update. I T IS DESIGNED TO SIT ON A ROOF IN THE SUN AND THE SUN DISINTEGRATED IT!"
"I noticed last year when I went up on the roof of the RV that this cover had hairline cracks in several places and seemed brittle when I attempted to alleviate some stress from the attacment of the nuts.. However, yesterday, when I was up on the roof to replace some aged caulking at the cap/roof intersection, I noticed the cover cracked in several more places, especially at the base where its integrity is important to keeping the cover bolted to the roof. I never noticed the material from which this was made; however, I compared two other replacement vent hoods (one Ultra Breeze from Atwood on order now). I can only surmise that resin becomes brittle when exposed to sun, because there certainly were no exterior forces applied to the vent hood during the 2 years it was over my Fantastic bathroom fan. We shall see, but it makes sense to me that polyetylene would be considerably more pliable and resistent to weather ravages than resin."

Find Best Price at Amazon"Knowing that the roof on the RV would eventually leak because man was created foolish enough to forget to put a cover on his RV in the hot sun, God created EternaBond Roof Seal tape. Do you want to seal the fine cracks in the EDPM roof rubber on your RV - FOREVER? You cut it to length, peel the clear backing off and firmly press it onto the roof of your coach. It will probably outlast the roof around it until you are left with no rubber roof save for the parts you stuck this onto. My plan is to slowly cover every inch of the roof on my 34' Bounder over the next few years until it is completely covered. Seriously - if these guys made a peel-and-stick roof covering in one piece I'd use it, except for the fact that I fear I would be in real danger of becoming stuck to it during installation, leaving myself helpless on the roof of my RV like a wayward mosquito caught in the web of a black widow, or a criminal caught in that spider-individual's web of justice, resigned to my fate of imobility. Fifty feet of this stuff is a lot, but at the same time you might be surprised how many little cracks and stuff you have up there, plus it is good to have some on hand in case of future leaks, or the sudden need reattach an arm after a bazaar kayaking accident."
"I bought it to anchor the new flexible, thin solar panels I purchased to the roof of my travel trailer."
"The guy in the Eternabond video uses his fingers to apply pressure (not the roller) and he uses a utility knife to cut the tape. Something else about the utility knife is important which is that it can be used to easily lance any air bubbles or "tents" that occur has you apply the Eternabond. The Eternabond website says to use a pin to pop air bubbles and describes the procedure for what to do for "tenting" and I found that also very helpful. As it shows that where it tents or bubbles, the important thing is only to lance it and smooth it over and apply another layer if necessary or to make it prettier. I am totally new to this and could be doing it wrong so I'm just going to get to the pictures ... First I noticed the trouble spot by the back rear where the caulking was breaking down and this looked like an area where it was possible for water to pool. When I applied the eternabond tape, I pretty much put it above where I wanted it (with back peeled off) and let it kind of fall into place by gravity as I guided it laying it as flat as possible. then when it was flat, I went about applying pressure from the middle out and working out all the tents and air bubbles and I pressed on the sealant. I used: pair of nice, sharp scissors to cut the tape (clean scissors as necessary with acetone if they get gunked). utility knife (clean with acetone if it gets gunked). acetone as described above. dishsoap as described above. my fingers to press down to ensure surface adherence (not the roller). On purpose here I did not use the tape over the black rubber or the gutter because both are in good condition with no breaches so I wanted to leave them as-is."

Find Best Price at Amazon"I removed the back cover: two screws at bottom rear, one at each side at bottom and two behind filter."
"A full container isn't that heavy, about 13.5 lbs, to carry with the single handle and to dump. I have a very large basement that had a high humidity of 60-70% or so it would fill the 13.1 container pints within the day, 12-24 hours. It works best in warmer weather (70's) which is when the humidity is high and mold can grow, warm and moist. I used the bucket for about 2 weeks to try it out and then I switched to the continuous drain tube which I connected a piece of clear vinyl tube (1 1/4 inch outer dia, 1 inch inner dia) from Home Depot which I connected to a "T" connector that I installed on my A/C condensation line that runs outside."
"I will never purchase another Fridgidaire product due to poor quality control and inept customer service, and the replacement dehumidifier that I purchase will always have the extended warranty through Amazon from here on out."
"The humidity sensor must be placed in the reservoir, because as soon as the fan clicks off, the humidity readout immediately starts climbing quickly. The poor sensor placement in the design makes the unit think it is 55% when it truly isn't. So it will click off at 45, then 10 min later it thinks its 55, the unit will click on, and immediately when the air flow is resumed, the sensor sees that its not as high as it thought, and you'll see the readout drop quickly back down. This unit could actually use a ton less energy if the sensor was placed in a location to get more accurate readings (maybe in a isolated chamber with vents directly outside of the unit, instead of INside the unit where all the water is collecting?)."

Find Best Price at Amazon"I just purchased new tires for my horse trailer (always an expensive $500-700 or so drop) and purchased these after reading glowing reviews the same day. My previous set of trailer tires were never covered and even though they lasted many years, eventually started to show signs of failure (cracking, bruises, tire rot, etc) prematurely before the tread wore out. Also the climate here is very hot and dry and it really took a toll on the old tires. Usage/Application: The way these are designed to cover your tires is to slip over the wheels (elastic on the back around the wheel bearings) and be tied down with a rope string in the back."
"However the size they recommend for my size tires are just a little too snug. But they are also close to 3 inches too short on the tire and don't come to the ground so they don't protect the whole tire. Buying based on the description gave me covers that are too small. Too small size will be on its way back tomorrow once larger size arrives and in sure they fit. But if you are close to the limit on size it appears right choice is to go with next size up."
"No big deal and no fault of the product (the dirt came off pretty well)."
"These fit as described and work great, the only issue I had was the stitching was coming out on one of the covers, I did not return them instead I sewed it back together myself."

Find Best Price at Amazon"Protects surges from shore or my 50amp generator without issue. I thought I might have issues with it protecting from the generator due to a couple of reviews on here, but I was more worried about surges from shore stations than my generator."
"Yes, the Progressive Industries hard-wired, 30 amp EMS (Electrical Management System; model EMS-LCHW30 has no remote display; HW30C has remote display) is a little pricey, but if you're typically one who values good insurance (of all kinds), then you'll love this unit! The remote display (only available with the remote version of the hard-wired unit) displays realtime, voltage, current draw, line frequency, and error history (current and one previous event) in the comfort of your RV. One, you can turn OFF EMS protection (via a switch located on the remote display) and operate your generator with no EMS protection. Or, two, you can insert a "bonding" plug (bonds the generator's ground & neutral together) in one of the generator's 110 volt outlets so you can operate your generator without having to turn off all EMS protection. Only the more expensive Progressive Industries EMS (Electrical Management System) provides this nearly "complete" electrical protection (in addition to "simple" surge protection) for your RV."
"The delay of electric flow after plugging in or an electrical interruption ensures RV components are protected."
"Installed it the other day."
"Works as described, I currently have it installed on the 50 amp shore power cord, but I think I am going to move it to the power cord after the transfer switch to the breaker panel, that way I can monitor power from the shore power to the breaker box as we as the power from the Generator to my breaker box."
"Great product has saved my RV several times from low voltage burnouts."
"Right off the bat it determined that when I turned the air on the voltage dropped to 104 volts, then shutdown."

The Gen-turi utilizes a tubing and coupling system to raise generator exhaust above the top level of your RV. Additional features include: light weight design, a rubberized stabilizing/sound reduction system and a storage bag. As generator exhaust is vented above the roof line of the RV and is also air cooled in a patented process. Dilution of fumes leads to less rattle that is often transferred to the vehicle body, and then the surrounding area, resulting in reducing noise all around. As an added benefit, the noise made by the gases discharging from the generator exhaust pipe is diverted upward, above the roof line of the coach. Key Features Vents RV generator exhaust up and away resulting in cleaner air for you and your neighbors Rubberized Gen-turi bungee and eye straps work together to limit vibration and reduce noise Minimal assembly required Dissembles quickly when you are ready to hit the road Wide range of adapters provided Provided storage bag means no lost parts. "I took readings on my CO2 detector and when the generator is running the levels are in the unhealthy range in the bedroom (even with the window closed)."
"so easy to install...I was afraid that the supplied adaptor kit wouldn't have my size pipe but thank god one of the adaptors fit perfect...I purchased the suction cups with it so I didn't have to use the double edge tape or rivets...suction cups work perfect."
"The product was easy to install and works well."
"I was more impressed that it blows the diesel exhaust fumes out above the RV, keeping the smell out of the RV even when the wind is only blowing ever-so-slightly."
"We had a problem with the CO2 alarm going off while we were running the generator. No more alarms on the next camping trip!"
"The Gen-Turi Generator Exhaust Venting system is exactly as advertised."
"This will save one from watching the brackets pull away from the RV after hours of generator use when one is far from home with no way to remedy the situation."

"My husband and I BOTH got on the stool and jumped up and down, while the ground shook the stool stayed firm."

"A thick memory foam mattress means more comfortable sleep, but the step makes it easier to access the higher-than-normal platform bed."
"She no longer hesitates to step into the RV, and rarely has to use the side rail anymore (she has had two hip replacements and one knee replacement and before getting this step she had to pull herself up by the handrail and struggle to get into the rig)."

"I wish the opening for the air to come in was a little larger (but I'll use a drill and bore it out later) other than that, it worked perfectly as expected."
"I like that I don't have to worry about a leaking coupling like on a regular water hose and also the dreaded easy to go on but a pain to remove with the typical screw on type hose."

Find Best Price at Amazon"I have done a lot of research on different hammocks, but not only does Bear Butt provide their personal number, they happily answered my paragraph of questions about their product as well! Pros: Small, very lightweight, perfect for day trips/camping. Nice smooth material, better in my opinion than my original ENO. Strong triple stitching, I felt totally safe with two people swinging around in it. Easy to hang/take down, comes with separate durable ropes that make hang up a breeze. The packaging is humorous, I can't wait to show my friends with ENO's :). The hammock is bunched up and connected to the rope in a loop, which makes it harder to flip and easy to spread out to its full potential. Lifetime Warranty! Long story short, my ENO's still for sale XD. Also, I wish it came in more colors, but I don't mind matching. Overall this is the best hammock on the market, my group of friends are all purchasing them to take camping in Yosemite this summer, if you see us out there feel free to join!"
"I couldn't believe it, the actual hammock package was smaller than the extra belts!"
"I just leave it in my car and when I see two trees or poles or things that can hold me up or a combinations of all three; I can't help but to just hang up my hammock. There's been time when two full grown men have fit in this hammock and on more occasions than I would like to admit. The only thing I worried about is that the stitching of the patch on stuff sack is unraveling."
"This hammock has the most incredible fabric of any similar type hammocks I have laid in over the past 10 years. I bought this after a lot of research after my eno double nest hammock was stolen (who does that!!)!!"
"Ended up buying a second one loved it so much. *Update* the rope holding the hammock snapped with two of us in it.. our total weight wasn't even at 400lbs when they said it can hold 500 and tested to 900... maybe the hammock itself can but not the cord they gave."
"This hammock honestly makes Eno's look like a waste of time. Compared to the nMe brand, I'd recommend Bear Butt anyway."
"The double hammock is as advertised in terms of size, and fit me well."
