Wheels sliding on hard floors... False, there is a rubber seam on the rear wheels that prevents side to side motion. My 12 month old (recieved this for his birthday) uses the locked setting on the main floor where it's hard floor and the free spinning setting on the carpet."

We have had a couple falls, not really bad ones, and while I understand that kids fall and hurt themselves, its not fun when your LO is attempting to stand with the walkers help and the walker slips and runs away. All in all, this was much better than the other walkers we tried. The other name brand walker we purchased was no where in comparison to this walker. Please note - pediatricians now recommend not using a walker, I feel if you are constantly watching over your LO this is probably the safest walker and the most fun walker out there - minus the differences in the older and the newer models."

I gave the educational value a four because while there are a million things on it that baby can learn from, they probably are not going to because they will be so busy wanting to push a million other buttons."

I am very glad I got to use the case it came in to carry it (and his Puj tub) to the hotel rooms. "I believe I have an updated model as compared to the description of the product in previous reviews. Unfortunately the entire family sleeping in a large king sized hotel bed is becoming less of an option. There were some key features we were looking for: * First, we wanted a bed that was economically sound :) I'm sure anyone reading this who has more than one child understands that when one kid gets something, the others have to have the same. I've had plenty of air mattresses in my time and convenience and durability have always been questionable. Another great use for these tables: When painting or installing decorative shutters on the house these tables at their highest setting make a great temporary workbench to use outside for all of your needed tools. I have a bad back so using the table reduced the need for me to bend down to pick up tools, etc. I'm a 6 foot, overweight 64 year old but I could easily handle putting the table top on my head. This is a great table for a 'weekend woodworker' who needs to store everything away at the end of the project so his car will fit in the garage again! Surface has a slight texture but writing with a gel pen and paper are no problem. Tricky to open and close but this technique should help: Pull it out of the box, stand it on end and place the hinge side on the floor. To raise the table you need 3 arms, 2 people or this trick: Put your foot on the cross bar that connects 2 legs to each other. Press in on the 2 silver pins that pop out of the side of the legs and at the same time push down with your foot while lifting with your hands. Cut a notch in the center of each end of the stick to these dimensions: 1" deep by 1" wide. With the table at its highest setting, pressure fit diagonally the notches between the 2 cross bars at ground level."
"I have a smallish room for multiple activities - home office; sewing; crafts; and sometimes it also needs to be a bedroom for visitors. Another great use for these tables: When painting or installing decorative shutters on the house these tables at their highest setting make a great temporary workbench to use outside for all of your needed tools. I have a bad back so using the table reduced the need for me to bend down to pick up tools, etc. I'm a 6 foot, overweight 64 year old but I could easily handle putting the table top on my head. This is a great table for a 'weekend woodworker' who needs to store everything away at the end of the project so his car will fit in the garage again! Surface has a slight texture but writing with a gel pen and paper are no problem. Tricky to open and close but this technique should help: Pull it out of the box, stand it on end and place the hinge side on the floor. To raise the table you need 3 arms, 2 people or this trick: Put your foot on the cross bar that connects 2 legs to each other. Press in on the 2 silver pins that pop out of the side of the legs and at the same time push down with your foot while lifting with your hands. Cut a notch in the center of each end of the stick to these dimensions: 1" deep by 1" wide. With the table at its highest setting, pressure fit diagonally the notches between the 2 cross bars at ground level."

It can easily be folded up and stored when I want to change the room into a bedroom. Best of all, the leg braces are designed in such a way that I can put plastic drawer units under it.
