This book introduced me to two concepts that were critical: Functional medicine, and Hashimoto's Gluten sensitivity. This led to several significant changes. The second came when I started looking for functional medicine doctors in Austin, TX and following the supplementation suggestions put forward in this book. Empty Stomach (AM): - Licorice drops. - Probiotic. - Saccharomyces Boulardii. Lunch: - Glutamine. - Methyl B12 (my Dr suspects a MTHFR gene mutation; regular B12 wasn't helping but this works great). - NAC. - Zinc (this was huge for me; gave me lots more energy). - Selenium. Bedtime: - Magnesium. - CoQ10. - Probiotic. - Fish Oil w/vitamin D. Many of these don't have to be taken with food and the order could be switched up. I'd recommend chatting with your doctor about lab work for vitamin deficiencies and reading Dr. Wentz's supplement guide."
"I've read the Stop The Thyroid Madness site, Mary Shamon's thyroid-info website, Dr. Alexander Haskell's book, Dr. Datiz Kharrazian's book and his diet recommendations, read what Jack Kruse has to say... I've looked into the GAPS diet, the paleo diet, the autoimmune paleo diet, and researched intestinal permeability and how to heal it. I'm so thrilled to have this book, it still seems too good to be true! :). I would suggest though, if there is ever a second printing, and an updated version, that the author include more advice/info on finding a good functional/integrative/holistic Dr. to work with, which testing is available and from which labs, how to navigate testing solo or with your Dr., etc."

I started watching what I was eating about two years ago, but loosing that extra weight hasn't been easy. I dont eat salty either, it became a habit after my dad got a heart surgery about ten years ago. My breakfast is usually tea with crackers, for lunch I like soup, and dinner varies. For the most part I cook a typical Hispanic meal: rice, beans, and some sort of meat. I decided to give this book a try not to achieve my ideal weight, I gave up on that a while ago. Giving up meats is not a challenge (I was vegetarian for about three years, until I developed rashes and a weak inmune system). You also get to eat hard boiled eggs, which I never ate those many before in my life hahaha. I also snack on fruits and veggies that are not part of the smoothy of the day, that way I do not loose motivation. Im drinking plenty of water which I always have, and a bought a variety of detox teas to switch flavors. Since a succesful end to my cleanse, I have continued with the modified version (2 smoothies and a HEALTHY meal). However, I am thinking about doing the cleanse again soon; not to lose weight, but to get rid of xmas/new yrs/vacation toxins :). I have to admit that my eating habits completely changed. By The way, on the weekends I rarely drink smoothies; I eat 2-3 meals and feel just fine. On another note, I gave a try to three different things mentioned in the book: sea-salt water flush (I add a lime to it to make it easier to drink) and oh my if I recommend it, it makes me feel digestively clean :). Finally, I did the liver cleanse (8oz water and 2tbs apple cider vinegar) and my waist has gotten thinner. Since, I bought another book with hundreds of green smoothie recipes. I like JJ Smith's recipes better because are less sweeter, but nonetheless, the other book helps me keep up with my routine too. Im totally in love with my new blender because I make 2-3 cups of the same smoothie at once. Im also very active in JJ Smith's twitter account because the program worked like a charm in my case. I love my new eating habits and how I feel in general, and thats all thanks to JJ Smith."
"I love this book it's very helpful."
"This is an awesome and very helpful book, i've lost 15 pounds on my first 10 days of this journey I thank GOD for JJ Smith for coming up with this life changing book and i highly recommend it to everyone who what to live a healthy life."
"I'm just an ordinary person."
"You can cleanse for 10 with green smoothie and 2 to 3 small portioned and recommend snacks or you can go with the intermittent options where you drink the green smoothie for breakfast and lunch then have a sensible dinner. With this 10 day green smoothie cleanse. "DAY 5 I WAS 10 LBS DOWN". DISLIKES: -The measurements for each smoothie was over the needed amount. - "100" green smoothie recipes besides the 10 day recipes which are broken down by aging, energy , constipation etc. I understand why the author put that smoothie at day 7, by day 7 you want a burger (LOL) but the smoothie is so good you figure I can keep drinking these green smoothies IF all the smoothies will taste as good as this 1 :) again ask me any questions."

Find Best Price at Amazon"The reason I'm already rating this book a THREE already is because I work from home and have a flexible schedule, yet even I cannot imagine cooking everything needed on this 30 day plan. To illustrate my point...to eat on the very first day you will have be making a fried shredded cabbage & bacon "rosti" for your first meal, then make an umami burger for your 2nd meal which INCLUDES roasting bones for bone marrow, AND ALSO fry 1 lb chicken wings in 2 cup of coconut oil/healthy paleo fat...for ONE MEAL! I cook all the time, and complicated meals, at that...yet I cannot imagine for ONE meal, making deep fried chicken wings...just to eat 2 in that meal, roasted bones for marrow and pan fry a burger. To be fair, many of these cooked items are then rotated into the subsequent days' menus...however, she often waits up 4 days to rotate a cooked protein back into the menu. (You eat the left over day one burger on day 5, and the left over chicken wings on day 6.). I do not like to eat cooked meats that have been sitting in the fridge more than 1-2 days after being cooked...they lose a lot of quality/taste after the 3rd day in my fridge, especially chicken. I don't mind eating the next day, but as it is written, it means that I really cannot follow her menu plans at all...because on day 6, you might be eating something prepared from day 1, day 3 and day 5....meaning you HAVE to have cooked all of those items and been willing to save them for that long. Another example of this is that for ONE DINNER you make a slow-cooked Cuban stew that makes 6 servings....but you eat a rather small serving so that WITH IT, you have to prepare and eat a lump crab salad with homemade mayonnaise on lettuce... that is almost identical in calorie/fat/protein/carb to one of the stew servings."
"In addition, I'm trying some recipes from the new Dairy Free book which follows the cleanse quite a bit. The pros: *Beautiful pictures for recipes. *Great tasting recipes (haven't found any I haven't liked; however, there are several we tried this week that are going to go in our regular routine). *Great information that is easy for the average person to understand. *Shopping lists that take all the guess work out. *Meal plans that can easily be changed for someone who needs less prep time, doesn't like certain ingredients, etc. *The author keeps a facebook page for support and answers questions asked by people doing the cleanse. *The author is obviously well versed on this topic. *Started cooking with fresh ingredients and spices. The egg recipes that I have tried are delicious). *recipes are time consuming. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this book and will be giving copies to a couple of people as gifts. He hasn't started the Cleanse yet but he is following a LCHF diet with me (not fasting) and he's loving many of the meals. (The pictures in the book look so much better and I am an average cook not the greatest). : Eggs Fluorentine with Basil Hollandaise Sauce, Reuben Pork Chops, Marinated Mushrooms, Keto Greek Avgolemono, Tom Ka Gai (Thai Coconut Chicken), Hot and Sour Pork Ball Soup, Chicken Neapolitan, Bacon Eggs and Ramon, Mushroom soup, Scotch eggs, Warm Mushrooms and Eggs, Tom Ka Plaa (Coconut Fish Soup), Rosti."
"The book makes it easy to get your keto life started!!"
"It has helpful menu plans to tell you exactly what to eat , recipes of exactly how to make them, and extra recipes to mix and match and make your own menu. The way the book is layed out, it's the easiest, no Brainer way to lose weight and feel great."

I just wanted to let you guys know that there is a lot of cooking involved with this program. I'm actually tired of cooking, which is why I started making large meals to freeze for the week. I has been approximately four days since my previous review and I lost an additional 2 pounds on this journey. Update: So I just finished Day 23 of my Whole30 Journey and I feel good, aside from the fact that I caught a cold. I then measured myself and noted that I lost a total of 31.5 inches (-5" from chest, -2" from right arm, -3.5" from left arm, -8" from waist, -5" from hips, -4" from right thigh, and -4" from left thigh). I plan to have a celebratory dinner tonight (likely a gluten free pizza from papa Murphy's), then I will start my second round of whole30 tomorrow."
"i lost so much weight on this diet, did it for like a year."
"(Confession: I used to work out everyday but once I started the program I didn't have enough time to exercise so no, I didn't reach these results from hitting the gym; it's all about food.). You should give the program 100% effort and if you are too stressed, busy, or just don't have the time to make all of this homemade food you will probably get discouraged and fall off track."
"As one girl whined and moaned about not being able to chew gum, I naturally took that as a challenge and thought: I'll do this Whole30 and not be such a baby about it. I gained confidence, learned that I do have the ability to say "no" to food cravings, discovered a myriad of new recipes, cured all of my PCOS symptoms (regular menstrual cycles for the first time in ten years and no cysts), and as a bonus, dropped 2 pants sizes. As a child, I was in and out of the hospital with stomach pains and problems (I'll spare all the details) and after following Melissa & Dallas' Whole30, I ate sans stomach aches for the first time EVER. For my entire life eating a meal meant some level of pain/discomfort while my food digested. (Confession: I did, in fact, walk back and forth from my kitchen to my coffee table while I cooked tonight because I didn't want to risk getting food on the new pages. (If all else fails, you'll have a stunning book on display to let all your guests see how "healthy" you are.)."

Find Best Price at Amazon"I bought this book in January 2016, after hearing an interview with Dr. Greger on a podcast. At first I found it hard to read, but not because it difficult or confusing, but because it was changing everything I thought I knew about food. By May 2016 I was miserable with my rash and still sitting at 204 lbs, despite my healthy lifestyle and consuming 1500 calories a day."
"for the person that wants to dig deeper, but in a style that has become uniquely his, Dr Greger uses quoted language from the papers to give an unitimidating explanation of the science contained within. He stands almost alone in a mass media that can't seem to get past the catchy titles, abstracts, and carefully worded, often misleading conclusions. The first 15 chapters (how not to die from..cancers, coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, etc..) are arranged based on easy to recognize conditions and though they are related can be read completely independent from one another. The book doesn't follow a chronology, so I found myself flipping through an early review copy reading small sections at a time. He doesn't give in to gluten or coconut oil just because it is popular or profitable and while some might find it frustrating, he sticks to the entire body of evidence not the latest single study. Finally, his "Daily Dozen" is a great place to begin implementing the message of bountiful health he enjoys teaching to anyone that will listen. In spite of all the economic momentum for more profitable and popular food, each year hundreds of articles surface on the benefits of adding more plant-based nutrition to one's diet for health and Dr Michael Greger seems to find them all."
"For the same price that would get me a week in the Caribbean sun, lying on deck of a cruise ship drinking margaritas, listening to reggae music and watching the waves go by, I was going to get a lighted probe stuck up my butt. The closer we stick to that, the healthier we become, and the more our bodies revert to their natural state of robust health rather than the sickly, wimpy physiques resulting from the Standard American Diet (SAD). The books' greatest strength is the thorough and objective research combined with Dr. Greger's ability to break complex and extensive information down into a language that even those of us artsy types who tried to dodge science in school can understand."

Find Best Price at Amazon"So I quit my job and school and took time off, expecting to recuperate within a few months. I suffered severe chemical and mold sensitivities and began to develop hives. I'm not a dramatic person by nature, but I assure you, some days I wasn't sure how much sicker one could get before the body just gave up altogether. Finally, a few months ago I happened upon some website extolling the GAPS diet. I looked into it but figured I was already eating a clean (mostly) paleo diet, so I didn't need to buy this book. When I had to stay home on Christmas day because I felt so toxic and crummy, I decided to purchase the book. I had been toxic for so long that I was used to feeling lousy, but the die-off this diet produced was intense. The diet alone, even without the introduction of probiotics, sauerkraut, and kefir was enough to produce rapid die-off. However, since starting GAPS I have stopped taking the majority of my supplements, simply because I no longer need them. At long last, my diet is providing the nutrients my body has been needing all along for repair (particularly cholesterol and saturated fats, which are sadly demonized in our culture). I probably sound like a crazy person because I'm so, so excited about this book and this diet; but if you're sick like I was, you know all too well what it's like to live in a chronically ill body. Because I'm having such rapid success on the intro phase, I intend to stick with it for a few months. That's the nice thing about this diet; you move at your own pace and let your body be the guide. I'm also curious to see how this diet helps me with the mental health issues I've contended with since childhood (namely fits of debilitating anxiety, ocd, and depression that have become increasingly severe in the last few years). I had tried several SSRI's over the last ten years until a new doctor put me on Adderall (which is nothing more than a mixture of amphetamine salts and is very, very hard on the adrenals) after diagnosing me with ADHD. Reading success stories of people recovering from CFS is what got me through the worst moments. I hope my story does the same, and I will update again in a few months as I progress along my GAPS journey. I no longer seem to be affected by pollen, which in previous years gave me terrible allergies and sinus infections. I've lost 15 pounds and walk an hour or more just about daily in addition to my chores around the house. There has been no improvement on the mental stuff yet; in fact, the die-off seems to be temporarily making it much worse. I'm experiencing new die-off symptoms (caused by breaking up biofilm in my gut with probiotics and systemic enzymes, I believe) like visual disturbances, rosacea and other rashes, adrenaline rushes, numbness/tingling/burning in my extremities. I can't tell you how wonderful it feels to have some relief from this torment for the first time in over ten years (most of my adult life). It takes a long time to undo decades' worth of damage. In my case, after the infection is gone, I will still need to detox, fix my adrenals completely, get my metabolic hormones back in order, and perhaps chelate. Thanks to all of you who have commented or contacted me over the past year; it's been wonderful swapping stories and information. I am still quite toxic but can now tolerate an infrared sauna, which is great for detox, every other day. The little things that used to require so much effort are back to being a routine part of my life, i.e. doing my hair, wearing make-up, etc. There are still periods every few weeks of fatigue and die-off, where my IBS symptoms act up, anxiety and brain fog skyrocket, and I feel rough. I have read most of the other reviews here, and I am so happy about and moved by how much this diet is helping people with chronic, so-called "untreatable" conditions."
"I initially picked up this book because it had been getting discussion on an autism parenting group that I belong to. I started to learn about the diet by reading information online, then decided it was potentially worth pursuing further and purchased the book. However, as I read the book, I realized that I needed to try this diet for my own issues as well, extreme PMS and major digestive issues (which turned out to be ulcerative colitis, as diagnosed via colonoscopy 3 months after I had started the diet). There are a few other foods we typically don't eat much of either, based on working with a Nurse Practitioner who is also GAPS Certified. My daughter was sick with strep throat multiple times a year as well as extreme sinus issues. The doctors were urging us to have her tonsils and adenoids removed, yet could not guarantee that would solve the issue. After I got my colitis diagnosis, I held off taking the medication for 4.5 months, thinking that the diet would "cure" me. And then I recently started a high dose of prescription probiotics, which has helped even more. Just for my daughter and me, I typically have 3 loads of dishes in the dishwasher throughout the day, plus all the things that need to be hand washed. When we were on Intro Diet, I would have between 3 and 5 loads of dishwasher dishes going plus all the things that had to be hand washed. However, I know a few adults that are on this diet without the considerations of a child, and they also complain about the work it takes, and the several loads of dishes to clean each day. I wish that Dr. Natasha (author of GAPS Diet), would stress that it can be beneficial to seek out additional, more personalized medical advice. There is an additional website with more up to date information that needs to be checked fairly often for updates. How in the world do you explain to an 8 year old child who has been slowly going through Intro Diet and has been doing this for a year that you are going to have to backtrack and spend 6+ months only eating broth, boiled meats and boiled vegetables, and raw egg yolks. This diet is very emotional and I find that even being farther along on it that I tend to have low morale with all the work and being exhausted with it. When we initially started this diet, the information was to move through the stages once you no longer see "reactions" or symptoms improve. And now all of the sudden the information is that if certain things have not improved, go back and stay in Stage 2 for 6+ months. And, it is important to know that the diet also draws heavily from Traditional Dietary guidelines as put forth by the Weston A. Price Foundation (google that), along with the cookbook Nourishing Traditions (can be found on amazon). Although not specifically addressing the same issues, there are many more Paleo blogs with recipes online than GAPS. Paleo recipes sometimes require some easy modification of either leaving out an ingredient or two or substituting."

Find Best Price at Amazon"At the time I bought this, I'd heard nothing about it. So many of us are on special diets or have to entertain for a family member or guest who is and pull something together--whether that be gluten-free, vegetarian, something for a family who works during the day and needs crockpot meals, something for a family who works all the time and only wants to cook on weekends and then freeze the meals... this book took that all into account. That took some time, but boy is it handy, even if you yourself only use it occassionally. I have had a few cookbooks that actually made me turned off to the meal due to the grey lighting or even ones I knew were fake like a slow cooker photo of mac and cheese that showed it browned on top (that does not occur in a slow cooker). These are truly restaurant quality meals, that are obviously tested and tried and perfected. Some authors will not do this unless the company pays them to use their name in the book. Examples: TUSCAN PANZANELLA SALAD WITH GRILLED GARLIC BREAD. SUMMER LOBSTER ROLLS. MONGOLIAN BEEF AND BROCCOLI. FRENCH BREAD PIZZA SUPREME. TERIYAKI GLAZED STUFFED PORK CHOPS WITH PINEAPPLE SALSA. ROAST BEEF SANDWICHES WITH CREAMY HORSERADISH SPREAD. CHICKPEA AND POTATO CURRY. SPICY BLACKBEAN BURGERS WITH CHIPOTLE MAYO. PEAR AND BRIE GRILLED CHEESE. STEAK SANDWICHES. BLACK BEAN BURRITO BOWLS. CILANTRO LIME SHRIMP. CHEESY BAKED PANNE WITH EGGPLANT. SILKY CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE. LOADED NACHO POTATO SKINS. ITALIAN SAUSAGE WITH PEPPERS AND ONION. WARM APPLE PIE CRUMBLE. GUMBOS, STIR FRIES, MAIN DISH SALADS, MEATLESS MAIN DISH CHAPTERS. SHRIMP AND GRITS. COCONUT PANNA COTTA WITH RASPBERRIES. DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHUNK WALNUT COOKIES. WINTER POTATO, KALE AND SAUSAGE FRITTATA. THAI COCONUT MUSSELS. C ROLLATINI STUFFED WITH ZUCCHINI AND MUSHROOMS. LASAGNA (ZUCCHINI STRIPS ARE USED RATHER THAN PASTA AND I SWEAR YOU WON'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE!). Whether you never eat red meat, eat only white meat, eat only seafood, eat no animal protein...or switch it up all the time, you can easily find a chapter on whatever suits your fancy or your mood that day."

"I tried many years ago, but have so many food allergies, that it proved difficult... plus I'm a complete foodie, and have loved my meats, cheeses and cream sauces! And the fact that it is also really fun to read, and FUNNY is a huge bonus ;-). So far I've loved the Bulgar, Arugula and Cannellini Salad, Split Pea Soup and the Snobby Joes were great, and fun to say!"
"Potato and Kale Enchiladas with Roasted Chili Sauce - Quite a bit of work but SO worth it! I would highly recommend this cookbook for anyone who is Vegan or looking to incorporate more vegetable based meals into their diet! The Veganomicon doesn't boast about being a quick book (though there are a good chunk of recipes that can be made in 45 mins or less), so it doesn't affect my rating of it."
"Awesome book."
"Excellent Cookbook my girlfriend is lactose intolerant and this is the perfect way to avoid milk products and the authors are hilarious they wrote it in a way you can just run to almost any grocery store and get what you need to make it there a great healthy way to have some variety in meals."
"This is THE BIBLE when it come to vegan cooking, especially for those new to the sport."
"Don't buy into the hype, your taste buds deserve better, and you don't have to sacrifice the flavor or creativeness of your meals to go vegan!"

With cancer, diabetes, heart attacks and strokes on both sides of my family, I really didn't want to make any mistakes. I found all of her information to be extremely well researched, and she consistently provided far more useful and important health information, of a higher value, than even most of the medical doctors who've posted on the same subjects. I have felt fully supported by her advice, including her suggestion of taking Ox Bile and Essential Enzymes to help with fat digestion, for those of us without a gallbladder."
"She explains the ketogenic way of eating very well, provides 3 different paths to take to be successful and it has a ton of recipes."
"I am vegan and have tried to go keto in the past and failed due to lack of information."
"I've been following Leanne Vogel for about a year and purchased a few of her ebooks (which are amazing!). Leanne uses natural foods, tons of vegetables and really promotes sustainable and humane animal products. The most interesting and surprising thing is how she explains that carbs are NECESSARY for long-term health."
"It's very detailed, and almost presents too much information which makes it hard to sort through (for me)."
"I have followed Leanne's blog, videos and podcast and this is an all-in-one resources that puts together in one place all the information that she has been sharing with us. There is no just ONE way to do Keto and she makes sure you know it, listen to your body so you can chose the approach that better suits you."

Colin Campbell's unprofessional attack on this book, I believe I must speak up to share my story and the good health that has resulted in my following the Atkins plan. Since following the plan outlined in this book, I have lost weight, my arthritis has improved substantially (particularly in my neck and shoulders) and my dry skin (which 2 dermatologists had diagnosed as rosacea) has disappeared. What disturbs me further about T. Colin Campbell is that he has clearly put out a call to his vegan followers to come to the Amazon site and give bad reviews of this book, as he posted this nonsense on his webpage. Contrary to their ravings, the Atkins diet recommends lots of vegetables, a conservative amount of dietary protein and good fats."
"The weight loss is so fast that in a matter of DAYS my stomach had shrunk (can attribute to gastric bloating or water weight loss) and my pant legs were looser on me. I can actually fit in a pair of skinny jeans I outgrew 2 years ago (Thank you baby weight. I used to roll my eyes when people would rant about losing weight because I thought that all diets were BS. I had heard of the Atkins diet years ago but upon mentioning it to my mother she quickly insulted the diet like many others before, and I never gave it a second thought."
"I went for the low-fat, whole grain, portion control approach; and stuck to it pretty well. In more than seven months I lost 17 pounds and was miserable and frustrated the entire time. For breakfast I have been making 2 egg omlettes with frozen veggies and cheese. Dinner is some kind of grilled or broiled meet with asparagus etc. Shoot me but I really enjoy a glass of wine when I'm done with my day, (or at least my driving). I respect other people's right to choose, and right to write more mainstream diet books."
"It worked well for me and it let's you fine tune a difficult diet."

Find Best Price at Amazon"Still don't quite understand how food has that kind of impact on the body but the proof was undeniable. When you walk into an ER and the doctors remember you and know how to treat you off of their memory it is pretty sad. My other friend no longer clears his throat that he did repeatedly for 10 years. in fact, after three months of being on type O strictly if I have something with corn starch my body and my friend's body reacts immediately...head pressure, sinus pressure it is crazy. Not all avoid foods will my body react to dramatically but there are key ones it will and I am like I should not have eaten that. I love pizza with just a little olive oil, crushed garlic, feta, spinach, no sauce, kalamata olives, maybe some red onions...my favorite...before I loved cheese pizza but not no more. My body literally craves type O food it is absolutely mind blowing. I bought the app on my iPhone so when in the grocery store I just quickly look up an item as type O can have mushrooms but some mushrooms are on my avoid list so I just click on the app as I can never remember which one and know immediately what to buy and what not too."
"I first found this book in high school and my mom said I was an A blood type so I concentrated on vegetarian foods. I was happy to do this because it was in the 90's and all my teen magazines promoted low fat and vegetarian diets and of course, I wanted to be like the models. He was so sure that I had it, he sent me to another hospital in another town to have the test retaken because he thought the staff was bad at the first place. Of course, dietetic school said this was a fad diet so I went on a dietary guidelines plan. 'Fast forward a year out of school, I discovered the paleo diet and my whole world was better. My mom was managing a health food store at the time and she had blood type supplements on her shelf. He loves protein shakes and I don't push meat on him because I know your body will naturally like what it needs. I saw 5 OBGYN's and I told them all my theory that I was reacting to the blood of the baby and they all thought I was nuts. After I delivered I still believed the reason I was so sick in pregnancy was because of the blood type difference. Years later I read in one of Dr. D Adamo's books that he supports that theory of the most difficult pregnancies are usually type O mom's with A babies because they are opposite in dietary needs."
"I advocate the diet and the book."

I'm not sure what common sense they can really mean since the rules make a mockery of the majority of get thin / lose weight approaches around. Even if the rules are common sense, McKenna needs to be given great credit for showing people HOW to live these habits. Hypnosis is what first made Paul famous, and I've seen NLP Practitioners review this and say they knew all of these tricks before. In NLP terms Paul is saying that the Golden Rules are the "model" for being "naturally thin". Just knowing all the geewiz psych techniques won't help if you have the wrong model as I suspect most NLPers do. Most people can go the book & CD, discover the Aha moments, and get started on transforming their relationship with food and their weight straight away. Indeed the updates have covered the two or three remaining gaps I had found before, including the extra information for self-sabotage issues. You can buy his measly book just to prove Paul wrong :). Oh and then come back here and add your own review. No one book/CD can fit everyone but "I Can Make You Thin" deserves way more reviews here on Amazon from people just like you who have been wondering if this might just be what you need."
