"I can watch the DVD part of this all day, love it so much."
"Arrived in perfect condition..."
"Excellent album and the sleeve and vinyl were in new condition."
"I think it's such a feel-good album... whenever I feel down I just play this through and it always makes me feel better."
"Had tons of frustrations since I thought I balanced it correctly from when i originally obtained the vinyl."
"I was super excited to get the record, but it skips."

Of all the two-piece rock bands (Dresden Dolls, The White Stripes, The Kills, John & Jehn) out there making a royal racket, The Black Keys are by far the least affected by the last three decades of popular music, and evolution. If there is a change it's that for the first time their foot is teased off the accelerator, with "Lies", "Remember When (Side A)" and "Oceans & Streams" loosening their shoulders and playing a more chilled brand of dusty sunset southern blues, adding in keys and new layers of texture (is that really a flute on "Same Old Thing"?!).

"It's a pretty good CD."
"We all know the black keys.."
"Was very happy to find not only was this a gatefold but this also includes full length album on CD in one sleeve."
"Great record, great sound."
"The vinyl sounds amazing."

Room on Fire is the second studio album by American indie rock band The Strokes.

Find Best Price at Amazon"Being a vinyl album art collector and strokes fanatic, I had to get this vinyl."
"Like the first album, "Room On Fire" contains no filler and is pretty much just as enjoyable (it's very much a foot-tapper)."
"Just as good if not better than their first album!"
"I had honestly never heard any of the songs from the album before, but I discovered that I really like the lead singer, Julian Casablancas (long story involving fingerless gloves), so I decided to give some Strokes a listen, and I immediately loved every song on this album."
"I give it three stars, though, because as always, Amazon customer service was incredibly clutch and sent me a new album with upgraded next-day shipping."
"Went to a Julian Casablancas meet n greet in my hometown and got Julian Casablancas to sign it!"
"This vinyl came to me with the inner sleve ripped on the sides, and the vinyl’s edges actually chipped!"
"This vinyl is either defective or it's just a bad recording of this album for the vinyl release."
Best Cambodian Music

Fronted by Cambodian pop star Ch'hom Nimol, who sings in Khmer, Los Angeles sextet Dengue Fever blends the rhythms of sixties Cambodian pop--heavily influenced by American surf, rock, and early psychedelic garage bands--with their own eclectic mix of American and international styles. Escape from Dragon House is also darker, both musically and lyrically, with a fully realized style that melts all of the band's influences into one realized voice that is pure Dengue Fever.

"Truthfully, I didn't know Cambodia had Pop music until I heard "Escape From Dragon House," the fantastic sophmore album of Dengue Fever. The group consists of five Americans, with an obvious knowledge of the last forty years of Pop Music and one incredible Cambodian lead vocalist, who before emmigrating was the toast of her country."
"I bought the original version of this CD after stumbling across Dengue Fever on the National Geographic world music website under Cambodia (even though the band is in Southern California -- where else!). I can't exactly claim to be a world music aficionado, but I do like to try different kinds of music from just about everywhere, and every once in a while I get lucky and find a real gem like this one. The music feels kind of like a time warp. There's one track in particular, "One Thousand Tears of a Tarantula," that makes me feel like I'm dissolving or something; I don't know how else to describe it."
"2003 doesn't seem like that long ago, but when you are waiting for a new Dengue Fever release...well, it seems like a long time. Dengue Fever's first release was so strong that I pulled the CD out of the player and bit through it."
"Take healthy doses of Ros Sereysothea (Cambodia's queen of Khmer garage rock and balladry) along with things like Fifty Foot Hose, the Doors, Pink Floyd, the West Coast Pop Art Experimental Band, Kak, etc - all darker voices in the psychedelic realm - and you'll begin to get an idea of what this band's all about."
"I don't want to disparage the rest of this excellent band, but here, as in all 3 three other albums by Dengue Fever that I have, Nimol is the whole show."
Best Surf Rock

And here they are: California Girls; I Get Around; Surfin' Safari; Surfin' U.S.A.; Fun, Fun, Fun; Surfer Girl; Don't Worry Baby; Little Deuce Coupe; Shut Down; Help Me, Rhonda; Be True to Your School; When I Grow Up (to Be a Man); In My Room; God Only Knows; Sloop John B; Wouldn't It Be Nice; Getcha Back; Come Go with Me; Rock and Roll Music; Dance, Dance, Dance; Barbara Ann; Do You Wanna Dance? And yet these songs--even those that are more than four decades old--always sound strangely fresh and will likely remain so as long as there are beaches, young people, and that symbolic season of freedom and dreams.

"This collection definitely has everything you need by the Beach Boys."
"I remember as a little girl, when going on family vacations, my father would have the Beach Boys playing."
"I purchased this album in MP3 format just a few days ago, even though it allows for unlimited streaming on the Amazon Music app. I won’t list all of the songs, but will mention a few of my personal favorites: “Surfer Girl,” “Don’t Worry Baby,” “Help Me, Rhonda,” “Barbara Ann,” “Sloop John B,” and “Kokomo” among them. We played “The Very Best of the Beach Boys – The Sounds of Summer” as we drove, and spent the entire hour singing along with all of the songs we remember so well from the mid-1960s."
"I love the Beach Boys and this CD does not disappoint!"
"Just love this album."
"Sort of a Beach Boys 1s."
"I have bought at least 10 of this CD."
