Psalm 69: The Way to Succeed & The Way to Suck Eggs
uses tape loops of then-President Bush calling for a "New World Order," which Ministry delivers by infusing their industrial savvy with machine-gunned, thrash metal guitars, relentless beats, and vocals that run the gamut from deranged auctioneer of the damned ("Jesus Built My Hotrod") to terrifying screams ("Just One Fix").
Reviews
"They really hit it hard here with the music & the drugs, making a wicked insane album. Great album & everyone that likes heavy, druggy, angry, disturbing music check out this album."
"This album holds a certain nostalgic spot in my heart, because it was released in the first few years of the 90's. Ministry creates hard driving songs that are clearly metal, yet rythmic and catchy."
"This album was named after a verse in Crowley's "Book of Lies" but Al (as opposed to AL) shows little sign that he understood any of the subtle humour of that text, just as his understanding of politics is embarrassingly shallow (who needs 3 albums telling us Bush was a liar and an idiot from someone who can't even see that Obama;s policies a re little different?)."
"Brings back a lot of early 90's memories."
"It's again a lot like the previous record, each song consists of about 2 guitar riffs, 3 at most and they just repeat over and over, although this record does have more variety in terms of its lyrics. This is just what Ministry's music is all about though, and even though most people will discard it by just saying "these guys have no talent, it's just the same thing over and over," the music is begging for you to look deeper, b/c even though it may not seem like there's much variety to each song, each song is VERY unique and it seems an equal amount of work went into each one."

Mind Is A Terrible Thing To Taste, The
With distorted vocals, pounding drum machines, and ripping guitar chords, songs like "Thieves" and "Burning Inside" merged computer technology with metallic riffology, setting the pace for dozens of second-rate computer nerds to follow.
Reviews
"I first came in contact with Ministry the summer of 1990...16 years old."
"I really good heavy album!"
"Along with Psalm 69, this is the best Ministry album."
"By having the patience to stick with the album, I realized towards the end what type of sound this band was trying to produce and where they were going with this, so then I just had to listen to the entire album over again to give it a second chance. So for those who are into typical Hard rock such as NIN, White Zombie, Ozzy, Alice in Chains, Type o Negative, this album will take patience b/c it will probably grow on you after about 2-3 listens, so don't be too quick to discard it, b/c you don't know what you're missing."
"Great industrial record, one of the best of all time."
"Classic album."
"A classic album for fans of industrial music that holds up well to this day."

The Fragile Explicit Lyrics
The quiet tones that open the instrumental "Just Like You Imagined" suddenly erupt into a barrage of off-time rhythms and noodling keyboard riffs, all rising to a torrid conclusion. "Starfuckers Inc" uses chopped-up vocals for the verses and a shouting mob for its propulsive, Ministry esque chorus to mercilessly slam some of NIN's imitators (most pointedly, Marilyn Manson ).
Reviews
"Kinda reminds me of how pink Floyd would sound on this album if they tried heavier industrial rock."
"When you love someone or something the reasons are may be wrong and hard to define but this is as good as I've heard from Trent & Co."
"First listen I thought it was a pile of cancer, power chords, and emo lyrics."
"Great CD, Closer Even though explicit I love it."
"This is probably my favorite NiN album."
"I was never a NIN fan, then started listening to the Downward Spiral, and fell in love with the depth of their music."
"I'm kicking myself in the butt everyday though, I should've gotten the vinyl it sells for 500$ easy."
"Amazing and timeless album."
