They do run a little big, but they adjust like any bibs, and if needed we could definitely add a few layers underneath to insulate him further, and he is so physically active he appreciates the room to move around- rather than be stuffed in like a sausage- unable to move! Of course they are not going to be denim strong; However they are not cheaply made as many I have seen in my nearly 21 years of throwing boys with cabin fever out into the snow to run it off, build snowmen, make snow angels- literally anything that will let them wear themselves out a little before Mom makes them the winter hot cocoa with marshmallows once they’re good and tired out, and less “bored to death”, and less pain in my butt!"
