The outside breast pocket fits my iPhone 5 perfectly and will probably also fit the 6, but a Galaxy Note may not fit (but then again, not much does fit women's pockets because all manufacturers hate the idea of functional women's pockets... a story for another day). They have a velcro piece and a small elastic around the wrist that allows for sizing. This was a GREAT purchase, and I'm glad I trusted in the manufacturer measurements."
