First off, the size you order depends on what you want to wear these for. If you are wearing them just for casual wear and want them fitted, I'd say order your normal size or 1 size up. Find Best Price at Amazon"The covers molded well to my own shape and I definitely could not see the outline of the cover or the color of the cover through my dress (which I will add that the dress is transparent enough to see the color/shape of the areola otherwise.). GOOD: - outfits that are thick enough where you're only worried about having your nips be visible if they're pointy. - outfits where the color of your areola showing through is not an extreme issue, and if you covered them with a layer of foundation it would've been good enough. - a great example is literally a nice cocktail dress where the back is too low cut to put on a bra, and the front is not sheer but still needs a bit of smoothing out. - see my picture, where my white dress that is body forming but NOT tight and is slightly sheer enough for some color to show through or could get pointy when cold, but the pastie eliminates most of my own color and makes them not pointy. BAD: - very tight outfits where the shape of your breast is extremely clear and needs your nipple to be practically erased from its shape (meaning cannot literally adhere to your chest). - very sheer outfits that needed a bralette or bandeau in the first place to be appropriate and you were hoping these could be a replacement (meaning these will not be like as if your nipple suddenly vanished). - the color will not match all skin types. The box says that these covers should be reusable up to 100 times, and I would only agree with this statement if you try your best to take care of the sticky part by not letting it touch any dirty surfaces and immediately putting the plastic layer back on whenever you're not using the covers."
