"EDIT UPDATE: 7/15/2013 - I now have bought probably 15 or so of these bras because of the colors I needed (and wanted). They are so comfortable, I throw them in the washer and hang them up to prevent shrinkage, and they still look and feel new. I needed some nice lounge bras to layer as the weather gets warmer here. and would normally take a 40b in regular bras but decided to go up to the 42 because of some reviews referencing that they can be a snug fit at proper size. These lounge bras are mostly cotton and have two layers in the cup area which is really nice because I am no longer young and lovely and don't need need a sexy thing, but a comfortable bra that keeps "things" in their proper place without feeling like I am wearing a boa constrictor."

Then I realized that the reason this bra functions so beautifully is because it doesn't have the usual type of sliding adjustable straps. Taking a minute to tuck your strap ends is a very small price to pay for a sports bra that functions so well. The total full coverage, stay put straps, exoskeleton underwire, and sturdy construction all serve to prevent bounce. I have run a 5k, do bouncy spin cycling, and high impact plyometric workouts and am totally satisfied with this bras performance. I have done seriously sweaty activities in this bra and I have been very happy with its ability to handle the moisture and retain its excellent support. As other ladies here have mentioned, this sort of shaping when you have large breasts is like gold in your pocket. But the dryer does weaken the strength of the stretchy bits over time and will eventually result in a less supportive bra. The mesh bag serves to protect the underwire from going awry and the hook and eye closures from getting messed up. These bras are not delicate princesses, but to make them stay in great shape and enjoy a long and productive life in your wardrobe, it's worth the extra effort so buy a mesh bag with your bra if you don't have one already."

The set of inserts comes with the sports bra, but NOT with the camisole type. To confirm you are buying the correct type, make sure you click on the color options and look at the accompanying photos so see whether it is the camisole or sports bra type, because the description does not change. For the bras I bought, the camisole type actually fits a bit more snug and the sports bra type fits a bit looser. But if you are well endowed with a small rib cage (e.g., 32 DD or bigger) then this bra may not work for you, because if you go up more than 2 sizes, the band at the bottom may be too big. HOW I WEAR THEM - I use the camisole type when I have a low cut shirt and too much cleavage is a bit inappropriate. I also use it alone for low impact sports (I just wore is skiing and it was perfect.). (I have included 3 pictures of my back: a) camisole; b) sports bra and c) both together.)."
"These bra's fit sooo comfortably, smooth, lift, and support just perfectly- along with providing the modesty a Woman of my age *should* present. They're cool, breathable & absorbant- nearly all-cotton w/ 5% spandex, (double layer cotton stretch fabric in front), launder beautifully (in a mesh bag to protect the straps from entangling w/ other items in white laundry load). The bottom is a thick elastic band encased in cotton- very sturdy, stays in place, doesn't roll.
