The only downsides to them is the sleeve length is a little shorter than I like, hitting right at the wrist when my arms are down, and the puffiness at the hips that makes me look a little bigger there than I am. **UPDATE: I bought the gray one because, despite the frump factor, the blue one is seriously the coziest shirt I've ever owned. The gray one feels totally different, it's almost scratchy, even with a tank top under it and not quite as stretchy (the blue bounces back and doesn't stay stretched, btw). It seems to ride up above the band when I move and I feel like it makes me look frumpy unless my hands are in the pockets."

I would have to say I own more mediun size tops than anything so if I go by that I would have to say this top runs a little small because I ordered the large and it fits perfectly.
