"Cable has been working great."
"We eventually switched to wifi cards (ASUS WiFi PCI Express adapter (PCE-AC56), and those have been excellent."
"running this to the router downstairs through the garage walls and it works great, it has really been taking the heat in the garage like a champ, but you should keep this cable out of the sun, it will damage it over time, because it is not UV sheathed."
"My son got it to connect the router to his xbox in order to enable connection."
"After having moved a PC/desk setup around, the length was what I needed to get the PC wired into the Internet."
"So thankful for this cable as it has saved me from my terribly inconsistent wireless router."
"Just what I needed!!"
"After a call to tech support, they were able to take a look at my end of things and they could see that the fiber endpoint was only negotiating 100 megabits, which was a connection I couldn't see . The biggest problem, is that it caused me a bit of work because the cable run goes into the attic space and down an adjacent wall."

"Just a quick primer on different kinds of network throughput: Wireless standard 802.11g can support about 54 megabits per second, while the more recent 802.11n standard goes up to 300 Mbps. Wired Ethernet connections using Cat 5e cable can safely support 100 megabits per second and might be able to go higher. Wiring with Cat 6 can support up to 1,000 megabits per second. Network controllers are also a constraint, with older controllers supporting 54 Mbps (wireless) and 100 Mbps (wide) and newer controllers supporting 300 Mbps (wireless) and 1,000 Mbps (wired). Basically, for home networks, whether you go wireless or wired, Cat 5e or Cat 6, you're still likely to have throughput capacity that exceeds what your Internet service provider is using."
"I ran one cable from my main floor of my home to the basement to install another network switch and it is working fine. The cable was tough enough to be fed through the floor and run above a drop ceiling to reach the remote network switch without any problems. I am in the process of installing another network switch to use 1 GHz Ethernet speeds to some of my remote streaming devices. Don't get suckered into paying high dollars for brand names that promise more performance!"
"Using this allows my Nintendo Switch console to use a Wired Internet connection while it is within the Dock."
"Now I get to go through the toil of fishing these cables out of walls and ceilings, buy four new genuine Cat6/550MHz cables, and reinstall what I was supposed to get in the first place."

"Now that I've switched to these cables..."
"When paired with a gigabit switch, these cables can provide improved performance to multiple devices at your desk or entertainment center."
"I was playing fortnite and kept lagging going off the Wii fii, I haven't gotten a win . I am glad it came with those clips I was able to clip it to the ceiling and run it along the top wall Down the bottom ceiling worked great."
"Since I consult from my home office in our new house, I found Belkin’s best “transmission of high-speed videoconferencing throughput“ somewhat lacking (though in their defense, the aforementioned throughput was being ‘putted through’ two hardwood floors, subfloors, & the wetwall of said home)."
"So Honestly i can say this 100ft of cat6 cable for $19 is a good deal and from what i could tell this is a quality cable. The clips fit the cable snugly width wise but there is room height wise to perhaps run a second cable with the same clips."
"This was shipped in a thin plastic bag but fortunately, the bag was placed in packaging that was sufficient to protect the cable."
"So if you are using the little clip tacks that do come with the cable be prepared to spend a little bit of time with them, since they don't always like clipping onto the cord extremely well."
"Just the other day I decided to gently unplug it and it just split apart as shown in my picture."

"Currently thru wireless the roku was weak due to walls and distance, same with the computer, I would get spotty connections for things like netflix with breakups and pauses while it buffered up very annoying when you are trying to watch something or have a music video concert on, try explaining that to a 7 year old watching barbie thru netflix too :). After running the line out to the garage, I put in a 5 port switch, so I could feed all my devices and have a few ports for any computer repairs (I use my workbench in the garage to fix computers too having a hardline to plug in for updates, virus removal etc is SO handy!"
"Trying to nail those little suckers into the wall or baseboard to keep people from tripping is a pain in the neck, the back and my thumb from smashing it repeatedly with a hammer. A sign worked for me and the only person tripping on the stupid cable is me so I have me to blame."
"The nail they use is very small and trying to hold the wire in place and start the nail is a little frustrating. My workaround was first to mark the spot where the nail would go; then using a #3 finishing nail I made a small pilot hole in the moulding. This allowed me to push the tip of the nail in the pilot hole and nail it from there."
"Since the cable is flat it mount quite nice to the wall."
"Based on the insulation I would agree, thus I avoided any sort of tugging of the cable, making sure to allow slack between the brackets (need a hammer BTW) and not pinch the cable. Always a good practice to measure the distance from each device (mine was my cable modem to my PS4 in another room), then add 8-10ft to account for obstacles and or narrow cable entries."
"Needed a long Ethernet cable to run from living area to bedroom."
"We have it hooked up to a Google WiFi that has a 300 mbps Internet connection running into it."
