"The reason is that whey (the watery stuff) is a product of the natural yogurt making process and it separates in this yogurt because Maple Hill doesn't use weird thickeners or additives like most other manufactures do to keep it homogeneous. Because of these added ingredients don't have to be listed on the label I had to stop eating all dairy, even making homemade yogurt because carrageenan was being added to milk so it wasn't safe for me."
