"I'm currently in good shape but suffer from degenerative disks and bouts of chronic fatigue. My brilliant female doctor (neurologist/brain surgeon) recommended that I take both MSM and amino acids. My daily regimen includes a probiotic (Align: cheapest at Costco), multivitamin (Megafood Once Daily for Men), Vitamin C and glucosamine with chondroitin (cheaper at Costco). She also recommended that I take a teaspoon of turmeric every day to reduce inflammation and prevent Alzheimer. Post workout I felt good...no pains and aches. So either turn this powder into pills using gelatin capsules or chase it with something to make it go down easier. I suggest wearing a mask as the amino acids are a fine powder. As for myself, I decided to man up and keep it simple: scoop a 1/2 teaspoon of MSM and 1 teaspoon of amino acids into my mouth (in that order) and chase it with some OJ, water or vodka (kidding)."
