Find Best Price at Amazon"I started taking 300mg (30% kalvactones) supplements and didn't feel any change, and still don't know if it's working or contributing to this Wakacon Powder. Preparation: I mixed 3 TBSP (shook off not heaping) with 2 cups of water. I used one 500ml bottled water, heated it slightly in a pot so it got little bubbles and wasn't too hot to touch. I put the 3 TBPS in the Kava Strainer and let it sit in the water for ~5-10 minutes. When I put the taste to the smell oh boy you're gonna need a swift mouthwash. So far I've found soda like Cola or Root Beer, and Southern Sweet Iced Tea work pretty good as chasers. I refrigerated leftovers and I found a trick of NOT BREATHING AT ALL until after your mouthwash, it stops it from lingering so much. Immediate feeling of numbing and tingling throughout my body very noticeable in my forehead, eyes, jawbone, shoulders, stomach and insides, down to the legs. After Effects: I have lifelong sinus problems, can't breathe out of my nose, always congested, mornings especially I'm the "hack king." I woke up with chunky mucus (but clear) stuck all mostly over the roof of my mouth and continued to just flush out all morning."
