Find Best Price at Amazon"I'm 56 and due to some medical and menopausal issues I need a pad daily and nightly, which has led me to try literally all brands, lengths, and absorbency sizes. A package of 28 sells for about $12.00 at Walmart and here on Amazon, for the Long length Ultimate absorbency, which is half what I'd pay for either Tena or Poise in similar sizes. But once I tried these Always pads I was BLOWN AWAY by how amazingly comfortable they were - they are long enough, they are really flat and hold their shape - they don't crumple or bunch up or fold into a paper airplane down there. This worry in the past had been a real concern because so many pads had failed me, especially at night or if I had a cold and was dealing with a lot of sudden sneezing or coughing fits. And I was taking flu meds that made me sleep pretty hard - often a problem if you tend to have night time incontinence.These Always Discrete pads not only feel totally comfortable, they have not leaked yet, no matter what I was doing. And they hang in there even if I had sudden leakage when lifting heavy things like a case of soda at Costco or a chair when rearranging furniture! I can fit half a dozen in my purse without even noticing they are there, but I never need that many in my bag because they are so absorbent it's easy to wait until I get home from running errands to change pads if I need to. They can just really conform to your body, fitting neatly whether you wear pants or a skirt, and they don't get dislodged even if you have to scoot into and out of a car seat or booth at a restaurant. If you have ever agonized over the way tights, panty hose, or leggings fit - if you've ever had to opt for a nightgown or skirt or dress because pants just tend to creep and bunch up, you will really be pleased at how these pads just eliminate this issue. Oh, I almost forgot, the original comment I made about how I used to avoid menstrual pads by this brand was unpleasant, plastic feeling surface material."
