"I have been taking these for two months with absolutely incredible results, I even stopped taking them to make sure the results I was seeing was purely from the biotin pills and everything below has been proven to me to be directly from this product. I have looked online and there doesn't seem to be much research on this but I have seen very clear signs that my energy level increase is directly due to this product. It's kind of like that feeling you get right after working out a bit, where you're just super charged and ready to take on the world. This was a totally unintended result, and I have no idea whether this is just me or if anyone else has experienced this, but it's kind of changed my life.
