Find Best Price at Amazon"The legs are adjustable, so you can raise or lower the headboard depending on the size of your mattress, box spring or bed frame. The box provides bolts, washers, and an Allen wrench and the back of the headboard has pre-drilled holes. One person can do the job, but it's great to have someone to help you lift the headboard and hold it steady while bolting it to the bracket. I'm not concerned about it snapping off or cracking, as it's holding in place just fine, but this isn't the type of headboard you can lean against while you sit up in bed. You can modify this, though, as long as you're handy or know someone who accepts cookies for handyman services, so this is a great buy no matter what you end up doing with it."
