My model has a black head despite the photo having a silver head. If I don't update this review with complaints, know that it's working out for me. I will say, the fiberglass handle actually burns my sliding hand as I’m chopping downward; the non-dominant use hand burns across the fiberglass shaft, and I never experienced this with a wooden handled tool."
