"I bought the 7.5" wood crepe spreader to use with the pan and they don't work well together."
"The crepes not only are much more uniform in color but they have a much smoother, velvety texture. I make a lot of crepes, just made 30 crepes for a church fund raiser, and this pan produces a better crepe."
"It has held up really well, and when the non-stick surface started not to work as well (DONT put this in the dishwasher), I went back to Cuisinart and asked for a replacement because they have a lifetime warrenty."
"The glass in the lid broke and the handle on the lid buckled in into the pan. Don't buy this pan, if you buy it don't use the lid. I have solid evidence to what happened to the pan just 20 days after I bought the pan."
"We love the cooking surface, but the handle doesn't stay cool (gas stove), and the outside materials has begun to rub off."

Find Best Price at Amazon"This is the third enameled iron pan I've purchased, and the combination of functionality, weight and price are very hard to beat. Iron retains heat and gets hotter than other types of pans, which causes burning and sticking. Weight-wise, the Cuisinart and Le Creuset are manageable, and the Lodge is very heavy (it is a workout to wash and dry)."
"I was a tried and true fan of Le Creuset products, but after reading a review about this line of Cuisinart enameled pots, I thought I'd try one out."
"Use oven mitts or something similar when grabbing the handle, and be mindful about where you set the pan to cool."
"I own a Lodge enamel pot(6 years) and a Le Cruset (15 years)."
"was heating up for first use and i heard a crackle/pop as a piece of the enamel bubbled then shot off the pan."
"This item does not have same quality as the large 5.5 qt."
"This is an excellent Dutch Oven. I have a few Trimontina dutch ovens that are 5 years old and have no chips on them."
"This pan arrived damaged the outside of the pot was coming off in flakes."

"Called a lasagna pan this seems great for thawing and warming up a piece of leftover lasagna and I think you will find this pan really versatile."
"However, I find it hard to handle when it's hot because it is slippery on the sides and the lip around the edge is too small to really grab on to."
"I was expecting the dish to be a bit deeper since it's specifically called a "lasagna" pan."
"This is a really nice white porcelain baking/roasting dish that is dishwasher safe (not sure yet if it is oven safe), but all I would mention is that while the total size of the pan may be 13x9 according to the description, but the inside is smaller than your average lasagna pan that is 13x9."
"I wanted a lasagna pan that would go from oven to table."
"I have all threshold white serveware from Target and didn't want to get corningware because they have the ridges and handles."
"I used the lasagne pan for over a month."

Just season it right and do not ever use soap when washing (I had not washed mine at all since the first rinse before seasoning, I just brush off the flour residue). Rinse with water, let completely dry (warm oven is helpful), use good fresh oil (I used grape seed oil, some sources recommend flax oil, any food grade high iodine oil would do) on the interior and heat it upside down in the oven at about 450 F for 30-45 minutes."
"I already had the round cloche but I find the bread slices too wide, so I decided to try the long load one."
"This covered baker is good for making bread, as others have stated."
"More specifically, I have been using parchment and letting the dough rise inside the baker on the parchment for a couple of hours. Next step is transferring dough back to preheated baker so it can all go in the oven and that step is easy for me with the parchment method."
"Pour a line of olive oil in the bottom of your superstone loaf pan, and arrange you dough so that it lays neatly along the length of the pan. When the oven is preheated, set covered loaf pan in it, and bake for 25 minutes. Remove lid, bake for another five minutes, then turn off over, drop the loaf out of the pan, and leave in there until the whole loaf is golden brown crispy."
"I tried seasoning it and using cornmeal so the bread wouldn't stick, but the best thing I have found is using cooking parchment to bake and then easily lift out the loaf when done baking."
"Since starting to use this clay pot, our bread has been consistently good. I haven't had to adjust my recipe or oven temperature to accommodate this bread baker."

Find Best Price at Amazon"The first covered casserole I received had a bulge on the bottom and would not set flat on the burner. The second casserole I received was perfect! It works wonderfully well as an open or covered skillet as well as it's intended purpose of a casserole. Update: 05/05/2016.......I use this covered casserole all of the time, not only for casseroles, chili, soups, stews, etc., but also for bacon, eggs, sauteed foods, and a myriad of other tasks!"
"Like most cast-iron products it takes a while to heat up."
"It cleans up well and does the job of much more expensive cast products."
"So if you have a regular stove it's a great pan to have."
"I absolutely love this!"
"Purchased this for my husband."
"I love the rich color and quality of this pan."
"I read other bad reviews about the coating on this pan before I ordered, but ignored them because I have another Lodge pan (dutch oven) that is great."

"As far as 'safety' the lids are plastic, seemingly very high quality as well, but they may melt if you aren't careful."
"I purchased this set because I liked the sizes of the dishes and especially because Pyrex is made here in the USA!"
"One lid didn't fit correctly (the lid for the smaller oblong pan)."
"I use them everyday and they are working well for refrigerator storage warming up in the microwave."
"I purchased these because every metal pan I’ve purchased rusted!"
"We really like being able to pop these in the microwave from the fridge without worrying about plastic."
"Not only have I spent an hour of my life scrubbing out my oven, picking up tiny little glass pieces from parts of my oven that I didn't know about (which I was completely ok with by the way). I have wasted 2 full boxes of scalloped potatoes! I am now off to pick out the tiny little pieces of glass from my hands."
