"I bought the large 18 ounce Delta Evo Spray Bottle. I loved it so much that I wanted these small 8 ounce spray bottles, mainly for the "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray for a large bowl of popcorn. I also use Evo spray bottle for spraying the 'butter' on rice and vegetables on my dinner plate without the spray landing on other things nearby. The nozzles on these 8 ounce spray bottles are the exact same as the 18 ounce spray bottle. So, if you didn't like the spray nozzles on the large bottle you won't like it on these either. It is a wide spray, it is not like an aerosol spray that mists, this sprays (like window cleaner) a large measured amount at one time, 1.35 milliliters per trigger spray."
"Ok, I admit I thought these were a bit pricey for a couple of little bottles, that is until they arrived."
"These work great for spraying oil onto bread dough, to prevent it from drying out while proofing, and for adding oil in controlled amounts to pasta, the tops of bread loaves, etc."
":) While I still have my Misto, I find myself reaching for the Evo spray bottle a lot more often."
"I wanted spritzing bottles for oil, mostly to use in oiling frying pans."
"These oil sprays are awesome."

Find Best Price at Amazon"These sounded like a good idea when I asked the Birthday Chicken to lay these on me: Refillable food safe spray bottles that didn't have to be pumped in order to spray. The sprayer does not spray a mist, only a course wide fan shaped spray. To get that fan shaped spray you need a fairly strong pull on the trigger giving you a forceful spray. While the course wide spray is fine for spraying a grill or a large frying pan, it is really easy to over spray a smaller frying pan. Because you have to pull so hard on the trigger to get the fan spray, the force of the spray will cause more of the oil to splash out of the pan. The wide fan shaped spray is useful for some things but a fine spray option would really be welcomed. I'll continue to use the one good bottle I have, but am still searching for spray bottle nirvana."
"That said I have tried several oil sprayers that have an aerosol like spray and each one I have experimented with clogs and requires frequent cleaning and maintenance. I just fumbled into the Evo oil sprayer – it never clogs and over the several months I have used it never had to soak the spray head in warm soapy water, perfec, and no pumping, just pull the trigger. For me the quantity of oil the spray emits is just fine – and it is fun to use – The head produces a high velocity fan like spay of about two inches at about one foot distance. I also keep the Evo sprayer on the table where I have lunch in the event I want to give my meal an extra spurt (sometimes just for fun). Moreover the Evo sprayer does not require a pumping mechanism, a real advantage and improvement over other oil spray bottles."
"It also comes with a small funnel to help pour your oil into the spray bottle--the funnel even has ring that lets it sit around the neck of the bottle so it doesn't get lost in a drawer of the kitchen."
"The first photo is a frying pan sprayed with a canola oil spray can."

Find Best Price at Amazon"My only suggestion is to make sure the sprayer part is well seated on the bottle and tightened securely in order to build sufficient pressure."
"Consistent with each one's performance was a "sweet spot" - a brief period of time, usually about 2 or 3 seconds, that oil would actually propel from the sprayer. Then after only after the right amount of pressure was released would the "sweet spot" be reached that allowed the device to spit and sputter out a few blobs of oil during 2 or 3 seconds of time - followed by an abrupt halt. Most of the time the sprayer delivered either a steady stream of oil or some random spits, sputters and blobs - for a few seconds. But the concept of spraying or misting oil is brilliant, and I have a lot of uses for such a device, so I went on a quest to find another brand that actually performed as promised, and I think I've found it."
"This Ideal Oil Mister worked perfectly to spray a fine mist of oil in a cake or frying pan, cookie sheet, on a salad or, my favorite, on air popped popcorn to help the salt stick. This is so much better than the mister I tried in the past because it is made of a hard, BPA-free clear plastic so I can see the oil level. I simply filled it to the Max Fill line which is about halfway up the container, screwed the top with the valve back on and then put the cover over the valve and pumped it up and down 6 to 9 times or until I felt resistance. A few sprays along with some balsamic vinegar and a few sprinkled herbs is really nice on a salad. The only things you wouldn't want to use are creamy dressings that have solids that could get caught in the nozzle. The cleaning instructions say to fill the bottle halfway with hot tap water and 1 drop of liquid detergent."
"Avocado for high temperature stir frying; walnut for finishing seasoning on vegetables and salads, truffle for popcorn, finishing omelettes, potato dishes, and french/italian dishes. I am very pleased with this product over the past six months--it delivers consistent, outstanding results! I can now have a taste of walnut oil on steamed vegetables without a lot of calories."
