I have been looking for a long time for a rack that can accommodate all of my shoes and was excited about this one - it's not plastic and cheap looking and it's more than 3 rows. Because the wheels can go in different directions when moving the rack, it can impact how the weight is distributed at the base. Also, when pulling on one side of the rack (with wheels), the frame did not stay vertical - I thought it was going to snap off the base! The rack still sways sideways but having the base sit on the floor helps keep it level. I may try to stick some of those furniture moving pads on the bottom of the base to help me slide the rack to where I want it."

Also, the plastic window seems to be glued to the bag-fabric so I'm not sure how well the glue will hold up in the long-run. 3) In the slit at the top of the bag where the hangar goes through, the seal-lining of the hole is thin plastic (likely the same plastic used in the window) and it just doesn't seem like it will hold up over time without tearing. The problem is that if the plastic tears, then it could leave a rather large gap in what's supposed to be the seal around the hanger neck, which would allow dust into the bag (considering dust settles from above)."
