I mix a teaspoon of the powder with 1 tablespoon of hot water (not boiling water) to help it dissolve and then add 1 cup of hot milk. You can also use an electric drink frother to mix it instead and it'll also get the milk nice and frothy."

When the package first got here I was a little surprised at how small of pouch it was for almost ten dollars, but after researching some recipes and realizing most matcha green tea lattes only use one half to one full teaspoon of matcha, I realized it was a good deal considering the pouch contains 15 teaspoons.
