"This stuff prints out beautifully."
"It is definitely lighter in weight and it has a very matte finish."
"Filament prints easily and I've had no issues with that aspect."
"Well done hatchbox - probably the reason this stuff is always sold out but please up the production for this stuff!"
"Used on a Flashforge Creator Pro, 200C for the filament, 60 for the bed."
"They all have had lots of extra stray filaments sticking out from smooth surfaces, or the material has clumped into a wad and jammed the print head, or the extruder has become clogged, or all 3."

But if you want a budget filament that can works for drafts AND final products (for many applications), you can't go wrong with Hatchbox Black PLA. Sometimes peeling off larger prints will leave a chalky white residue on the bottom for some reason, but a few seconds with a heat gun will clear that up no problem."

Best 3D Printing Liquid

It is an easy to use 3D printing adhesive designed to address “the first layer not sticking problem”, the most common problem found in FFF 3D printing technology. Long-lasting: Magigoo last for 100+ average prints.

Find Best Price at Amazon"(note to folks at altitude: unscrew the top of the Magigoo bottle for a moment to release any pressure before first use.). I really like the eventual results - Magigoo holds the part like crazy until the bed cools - then a complete release. I'm thinking it's a combination of those two and it's probably priced OK. Having praised the goo, I'll likely set this product aside and go back to mostly-reliable glue sticks if I can't figure out an easy, dependable way to apply it. I'll try removing and cleaning the dispensing head in case there's dried goo clogging things up."
"As I normally print PETG, it sticks to the bed too strong (tore a PEI sheet up once), so I'm hoping it will help me there as well."
"I don't know what it's composed of...but it does work pretty well for most non-hateful warping filament... Now...as an 'oh...by the way'' comment. This lets it stick (but not TOO hard) and it acts like a release agent when cool. I liked it...I think it's kind of expensive but not the highest (Don't even look at Airwolf's "Wolfbite" adhesive if you don't want sticker shock)....all in all it's a good solution for some users.....if only glue sticks weren't so dang cheap it would rate higher."
"The prints stick well and then come off easily as the bed cools. I apply the Magigoo when the bed is cold onto a sheet of glass, then heat the bed to 65 C. The PLA prints stick like crazy, After ou are done, as the temperature of the bed drops below about 35 - 40 C, you can hear sharp cracking noises as the part releases from the bed. Usually by a dozen prints there is enough other crud on the print bed that you have to clean it. The prints stick very well and then pop off when the bed cools."

Find Best Price at Amazon"My review is for the 7 pack of ABS filament, (unlike the web page states it's not 12 colors; it's 7). I don't know if the ABS filament is more fragile because some of the pieces did break when I was unwinding them; maybe because the cable ties holding them together were so tight. The toughest part for me is getting started; seems the pen wants to put out a blob of filament, so it takes a while to figure out."
"A good variety of colors and they work well with my 3D pens."
