"This results in you putting your bedding on top of the tray to have to push your hand down in the middle of the tray just to get the tray into the cage without all of the bedding hitting the grate and falling off. Overall as of now I have two garbage bags layed out beneath the cage because the cage design is poor enough to let their pee squirt off the edge of the tray, and I even lined the tray with a garbage bag as well because the texture of the tray just traps the urine and stains it; even after bleach/cleaners. On top of all this you have to vacuum up all the poop/bedding that is a result of going over the edge because of this terrible tray design."
