"My only issue has been with forgetting how the controls default to changing the most significant digit when rotated."
"After the unit is turned on the blinking digit to adjust both the voltage and the current is the left or most significant digit. This means that, for example, if you are using this power supply with a 3.3v system the default adjustment digit after turning it on is the 10's digit and it's very, very easy to accidently turn the knob when you are trying to push it to select the next digit. The unit does remember the last digit that you selected from the previous adjustment which is nice but it does not remember this after the unit is turned off and back on. If there was even a short interruption in the A/C power the unit will come back up to the desired voltage but if you didn't realize this and pressed the voltage adjust knob and turn it thinking you were adjusting the same digit that you just previously did, poof. The second issue is that although the Lock function works great and prevents adjusting the voltage or current when this indicator is on, it does not remember this setting if the unit is turned off and back on."
"However, as others have mentioned, there are some frustrating design flaws that make it dangerous to use without taking special precautions. Changing adjustment units (10v to 1v to .1v to .01v) requires repeated knob pushes WITHOUT rotation. Recommendation 3: Remember crucial options like the voltage adjust units and Settings Lock across power cycles. Issues #1 and #2 would be somewhat mitigated if there were an Output On/Off switch to easily disconnect the supply from the circuit before making ANY setting changes. I opened the unit to see if I could add a switch myself, but it'd be difficult given the main logic board encompasses almost the entire front panel. The only real workaround for these flaws is to manually unplug the positive banana plug before making any changes and then replug it in only after ASSURING the new settings are correct. It is frustrating that what is seemingly a robust and well-built power supply is dangerous to use in real world situations because of some basic human interface design flaws."

MY NOTE: this is sort of counter-intuitive as you want the valve to screw UP. toward the tank - giving the appearance of being closed when it's actually open. Bottom line: open the drain valve to prevent pressure from building up."

It picked up a lot of cat hair that the Roomba wouldn't have, and the floors look just as good as they do when we do a full vacuuming. The one issue I did find with this was that for things like chairs with dust ruffles, the Roomba would have gone right through the dust ruffle to clean under the chair, but the Eufy views it as a solid vertical surface and turns around to go somewhere else. Overall we're very happy with it so far, and my mind is blown that in three years, Anker managed to make a vacuum so much better than our old Roomba at around half the price."

"I was impressed upon opening it as the main filter housing unit seemed very high quality and heavy. You can push the lever down and hold it if you just need to fill a glass or you can flip it up until it locks and and it will continually dispense until you turn it off. Some of these faucets require a 1 1/2" hole, and that would concern me because I have a synthetic granite/composite sink that it tough as nails to drill into. TIP: Once you locate where you want the faucet mounted, get a thin piece of wood (such as a shim) and drill a 1/2" hole in it. In my case, it took me a good ten minutes to drill through my sink (probably a 1/4" thickness) and the bit was completely useless once I got through the surface. Once the hole is drilled to your liking, follow the illustration for assembling the hardware for the faucet and mount it. I have a 2200 square foot ranch that was built in the eighties with that nasty, defective polybutelene plumbing and, after a ruined master bath and another close call in the kitchen after owning the house for just 6 months, I had my plumber completely re-pipe to the tune of 5K. If you decide to do this, the only one you won't be able to use one on is the yellow line that goes from the RO unit to the tank (because it has a crimped-on special two-way valve). One word of caution though- if you do this be very careful and mindful that you are screwing a metal compression connector onto plastic threads on the unit. My advice, in hindsight, is to determine where you're going to want the unit and place it there prior to beginning the install. It took me longer than it probably would have taken most people, but I have a unique kitchen sink with funky plumbing (couldn't use 1/2" adapter included to feed system from faucet bottom, instead had to convert down to 3/8" and run from cold water valve)."
"We already had a separate "beverage faucet" (with simple inline carbon filter) mounted on our sink so it was pretty much plug and play. I'm using a Watts Premier 560087 as the 5th stage filter (last is the carbon filter) in our APEC ROES-50. Never had acid reflux before with our inline filtered water used to brew coffee. P.S - I know APEC makes a remineralizing/pH filter, but the Watts filter contains additional minerals such as magnesium and potassium, whereas the APEC filter is just calcium. It installs in between the tank and the tee, vs the 1-way "final filter" of the APEC (probably why it doesn't raise the pH that much - water passes through it too quickly). The tee just replaces the 1/4 x 1/4 x 1/4 existing tee on the RO system For the 3/8" final filter, I really like the Hydronix filters, I used B00D04BYIK (again, search on Amazon), but any 3/8 inline carbon filter will do."

"Got this for my husband because his 12-volt Dewalt from circa 2000 was just too wimpy compared with their 18-volt drill I bought a few years ago. Saw this incredible deal (buying 2 batteries would cost nearly as much) and had to get it for him as a early Christmas present. It is shorter front to back than our previous DeWalt cordless drills, making it easier to get into tight spaces. While I will admit, it is hard to find an accurate, small spirit level that you can attach to your drill to affirm you are vertical, even if you could find one, there is no flat surface wider than an inch or so to attach it to and all the spirit levels I have seen on Amazon (excepting the round ones) are 3-4 inches long."

"I'd had a mid 90's Dewalt 12v drill driver that lasted until this early this year until it's batteries both finally died and this was to be the replacement. While I give credit that they still offered the old replacement NiCad type battery - I thought it was time for a new drill. I checked two other Dewalt drills at the local store, the 12v and I think the next 20v model up with the metal chuck and they also had the cheap wonky switch."

Secondly, you can't melt it using traditional methods like a stove or fire because the container is plastic. You need to run it under hot water for a long time in order to get even a little bit out of the container."
