You need to insert the stretcher all the way in, put the adjuster in the desired place of the shoe (one picture I on purposely made the adjuster stick out to show how we did it) then turn the handle (which is better than the "7" shape handle) once fell the snug you can make two more turns for stretch, don't over do it."
