Find Best Price at Amazon"Lots of different categories, although they seem to come in waves (probably how Amazon makes free books avaiable), so lots of free faith based books, then lots of free business, then romance."
"Before Amazon placed a mandate on the free/discounted books, I believe I downloaded well over 200 free books! I now have a variety of books because of this blog. Also, if I'm viewing the blog and see a book that catches my eye, instead of clicking on the link for it, I will recall the title and/or author name to memory and do a search for the book in my Kindle. In addition, some of these customer reviews are so well written, that it not only gives great insight to the book, but some reviews also give recommendations to other authors and titles."
"Because of this blog I have not only found free books to read, but I have also gotten wonderful hints on the use of my Kindle."
"One thing that seems to differntiate this blog from the others on here touting free books is the blog author is not dependent upon Amazon-only titles."
"Since there are lists of free books on the amazon website, I thought this would not really be worth it."

Find Best Price at Amazon"Content: 5 Stars. This blog is filled with tons of information for Kindle owners. The tips for using the Kindle are generally broken down by the type of Kindle (One, Two, or DX) so that any Kindle owner will find useful information. There are also posts pertaining to Kindle in the news, updates on Amazon's policies, etc. The online version of this blog is exactly what you would expect of a blog specifically designed for the Kindle."
"Mr. Calvin also regularly examines the prices of ebooks in a relatively scientific fashion and shows very detailed graphs displaying his data before going into some detail describing what he thinks is happening. He keeps up-to-date on everything involving the agency model of book pricing and is also an advocate for accessibility via the text-to-speech function."
"I've followed the "I Love My Kindle" Blog for several months, and it is a constantly-updated, well-written source for Kindle news, tips, and e-book deals."
"For 9 years I've lived in rural Alabama, where the nearest ( limited ) library is 17 miles away, and a major retailer like borders or Barnes&Noble are in Montgomery Alabama. If only they would train Wal-Mart cashiers and floor "associates" this world would be greatly improved."
"There's also a feature that seems like it would be boring, but it's pretty interesting to me - it has to do with Kindle book stats, with the numbers crunched once a month. Bufo is a voice of reason in the (occasionally) hot headed discussions surrounding the Kindle vs. iPad/Nook/Sony/whatever debates that go on."

"and already books were repeated and had already been mentioned in this blog. Since subscribing to ths blog one month and one day ago, I have added an enormous total of 217 books to my Kindle library!"
"Not only do you get a list of the free books categorized (e.g.horror romance religious travel etc) You also get a full description of the book and any reader warnings such as strong language etc."
"There are books available in more than 20 categories every day, including poetry, cooking, politics, religion, horror, sci-fi, romance, thrillers, and books for children. Then, after you've selected all the free books you want to download, go to your Amazon account and download them from your wish list with one click for each book. Of course I first browsed through the free books listed by Amazon and downloaded the ones I wanted, but after you've been through their list of 1000 or so books, they all look the same. In the several months I've subscribed to this blog, I've downloaded over 1,000 free books that caught my attention and paid what?"

"Whether it's a written nugget of wisdom about organizing ("... just saying NO ..."), or a podcast about repurposing everyday items ("Multi-Purpose Products Multiply Organizing Success"), her common-sense approach helps you tackle the sometimes daunting job of organizing your life."
"Ricci's site has it all; and I've got to say Monica (if you read these things), that you are the total package. I've learned more genuinely useful stuff browsing lazily through her site for 15 minutes than I have in some day-long meetings. But perhaps most importantly, she doesn't just show us HOW to organize our lives, she helps us understand WHY we got so cluttered in the first place. but with Monica's help, I'm beginning to see the light at the end of a very long tunnel."
"I felt that it would completely break my heart to get rid of some of the things that were quickly becoming a bonfire hazard in the attic. I am not going to say that I have found the cure for my disease but through Monica's tips, ideas, and the research that she shares I have begun to work my way through the attic and closets of the house."
"I read a lot of blogs and I have to say, the variety, and simplicity of how well this blog is written and delivered really makes it one of the best one's out there."
"Organized" delivers a mix of motivation, organizing tips and even an inside look at what it's like to be not only a professional organizer, but also a national spokesperson and media darling. Ricci may be hunkered down in the back of someone's clothes closet or presenting from the stage for a Fortune 500 company, philosophizing about our endless rush to get things done in the aisles at Trader Joe's or presenting hands-on tips to an anchor on national cable news. You may be tempted to laugh out loud while reading, and you're certain to pick up a useful tidbit or follow her links to the exact source (a product? Better.""

Find Best Price at Amazon"Instead of wasting time, you can just go to the blog and find out what you can read."
"Subscribing to this blog will take all the guess work out of what e-books are worth downloading to your Amazon Kindle."
"Another thing I like is that the blog covers a wide variety of books, so there's something for people who like all sorts of books."
"Before I found this blog, it took too much time looking for interesting titles, which meant I did not get to that very often."
"This blog is really great as it helps find free e-books, which saves time and effort for the reader."
"I find it very difficult to find good free books to read on the kindle."
"I subscribe to a few blogs covering free books for the Kindle, so The Best Free Ebooks for Kindle, updated daily by Good Reads sounded interesting as yet another source. Taking a look at my Kindle 2 as of this date, I see the following, and I'm listing the timestamp with abbreviated titles: * February 8, 10:00 pm: Suzanne Woods Fisher's book Keeper... * February 7, 10:00 pm: Best of TOC 2012 free for Kindle for a limited time. * February 6, 10:00 pm: Kaplan's book Intro to SAT... * February 6, 12:00 am: Jim Kraus's book Laugh-a-Day Book of Bloopers... And that's it: there are no more. There are other "free Kindle book" blogs out there, and if anyone has a favorite or alternative they've discovered, please feel free to leave a comment. Note that the blog author has changed part of the product info from "We review at least five new books every day" to read "We review at many as three new books every day." UPDATE 2/16/2012: The author of this blog never lived up to his original statement "The Best Free Ebooks for Kindle, updated daily," and even with his revision of "We review at many as three new books every day" the author has never lived up to that attempt... and he needs to check his words before posting even that claim. Maybe he thinks that his feeble attempt of posting two "reviews" of the same book, Kaplan's Intro to SAT on February 14th will placate some, but to this reader it's not worth the time to see double-postings like this."

Find Best Price at Amazon"I've been following Nikon Rumors on the Web for quite some time, but just recently found that there's a Nikon Rumors blog on the Kindle. On February 8th, it was right there for Kindle subscribers: Nikon D800 vs. D700 specs comparison. There was a pair of the above Nikons in a very clear photo of both models, followed by the text: "Here is a quick comparison between the Nikon D800 and Nikon D700 based on the specifications listed on Nikon's website... This was followed by a lengthy and highly-detailed comparison list of the specs of both cameras, side by side, with all of the info that a prospective buyer (or Nikon fan) could wish for, and of course the links that all who enjoy the regular Nikon Rumors site are used to. Living up to their name, Nikon Rumors declared that in addition to the D4 and D800, Nikon will announce three more DSLR cameras in 2012. It's currently available on the following: * Kindle. * Kindle Touch. * Kindle Keyboard. * Kindle DX. * Kindle (2nd Generation). * Kindle (1st Generation). There are a few other good general photography blogs on the Kindle, such as Scott Bourne's Photofocus. But when it comes to what's going on in the world of Nikon, then just take a look at the Nikon Rumors blog on the Kindle."

"Daily KOS suits me."
"Until I got my Kindle, I hadn't visited DailyKOS."
"The dozen or more daily posts make the Daily Kos subscription a great value and I love catching up on the posts as I lie in bed each night."
"I don't mind paying a small subscription price for the Kindle version of the blog because it will help support all the talented writers who invest time and effort to keep us informed."
"Excellent source of information."
"The bizarre range of reviews should tell you to check for yourself."
"It is this cream that is downloaded throughout the day to your Kindle, replete with links to significant sites and original material for further exploration. You will have to turn on the wireless to pursue links to online material, whether it's non-Kos sites or links to the "High Impact Diaries" and choice comments compiled by each day's "Rescue Rangers" (who monitor the universe so you don't have to). However, most of the day's best material is downloaded to your Kindle for off-line consumption, so you'll be able to read "Your Abbreviated Pundit Round-up" (a pointed, sometimes hilarious summation of what the media biggies have written that day) in the lead-lined hospital waiting room. The only thing I DO NOT LIKE about my DailyKos subscription is that, for some reason, the type is very much smaller than all the other sites I go to. I have to set my Kindle type up on four or five to be able to read it, and then bump it back down if I follow a link to another web site."
