I could have used the company warranty and waited a couple weeks for the replacement part, but was eager enough to use the grill that I just fixed it myself."
"Replacement for my 20 year old Weber which still works, just wanted new one."
"We decided to pay a little more for the durability of a quality unit."
"This is a quality grill that is built well, looks good and grills great."
"Although I'm a traditional bbq'er who would rather use charcoal in a Weber Kettle bbq, since I have my smoker it made more sense to buy gas for those times when you just need to get the food on quickly when in a rush."
"I wanted a quality grill that was going to last me and I believe I've found it with the Weber."

"Prior to purchasing, I was convinced this time I would go "high end" so I checked out brands such as Vermont Castings, DCS and others in the top level. After the initial hook-up to the natural gas line, the side burner would not light up consistently (sometimes taking as many as 10 pushes on the ignitor). Customer Service immediately gave me suggestions to further trouble-shoot and when nothing worked, swiftly sent me a new burner ring and it has been "one click" since."

"The quick disconnect is a smaller diameter than the natural gas outlet for my grill requiring either a plumber or trip to the hardware store."
"I was concerned that the grill would end up being too small, but it's perfect."
"The grill's hood could be larger to make move for the upper grill rack. Over all so far after using the grill three times I am pleased with it."
"Works nice but mine arrived with a dent in the hood."
"Great two burner barbeque."
"Unless you are home UPS will dump this anywhere near their truck because it weighs over 70 pounds- After paying 65$ for assembly and tossing the box we found that the ignition button was faulty- faced with disassembling and buying shipping box- I the found a replacement part at Home Depot for 35.00- Stainless looks a little cheesy and the side tables are difficult to raise and lower- Bottom line I think this is the sort of thing to buy in a brick and mortar location- assembled- I thought Weber was a top brand - I was wrong."

Find Best Price at Amazon"The biggest complaint I had about that other grill was that it just could not generate enough BTU's to properly sear meats I was attempting to grill. That plus the fact that the grill was a wire grill rather than a cast iron grate (which retains heat much better than a wire grill) made it a poor choice on my part. Although there are plastic hooks along the edge of both trays for hanging grill tools from, they are somewhat inset so unless your tools have a hanging loop rather than just a hole through the handle, you may not be able to utilize the hooks. In spite of the few deficiencies of this grill the Weber was definitely a better value than the KitchenAid grill."
"Control knobs rotate a full 270 degrees rather than the typical 90 degrees for much better heat control."
"And then you broke up and a few years later someone better came along and you found out what real love really felt like? You know, the one that you bought at Walmart for $199 with 8 burners, a built in sink and a helicopter landing pad? Simplicity is key, and combined with great build quality, this grill is an absolute WINNER. Let me just say this: there's a reason why this grill is more than ones from other makers even though it may seemingly have less features and less burners. The directions are all pictures, which is kind of annoying, but if you can't read you'll love it. If you're used to cooking 17 cobs of corn 14 burgers, 12 hot dogs and a two t-bones simultaneously, this is not the grill for you. I don't really like the back of the handle - instead of being solid, it has like some ridges (to add grip I guess?)."
"VERY nice grill."
"Small for the price but after having 3 separate grills just rust to pieces (or with wood parts that rot) on our deck, this one is holding up nicely so far."
"Having assembled a lot of products over the years, I was very impressed by the quality and attention to detail from Weber on this grill."
"Took me about two hours to assemble it."
