"Since I first saw the Plantronics BackBeat, and later designs from companies like Beats, I've wanted an earbud headset of this type. The product arrived very quickly with free shipping, packaged well in the standard Amazon box.. Flipping up the inner lid, I was greeted with 2 baggies, a sport mesh bag, a user's manual, and a business card detailing benefits to product registration. Of course I immediately removed it from the bag, placed the headphone cable behind my neck, played with the magnetic tips, and fitted the earbuds to my ears. "first and foremost, if you have never tried this form-factor (behind the neck with magnetic bud holders) -- it is simply the best: wires never get tangled, they are light-weight, sit under your collar and don't dangle, battery lasts through like 2 days of heavy use. LG introduced this form about 3-4 yrs ago (HBS series), but have gone away from magnetic holders in favor of pull-cords for some reason, and now their headsets are way worse because the thin wires dont last long."
