It doesn't have some of the specialty tools I like to have, like a crown race tool or headset press tool; but all the essentials are there to do a pretty complete rebuild, if you like. I only used this bike tool kit to complete the entire swap. My take on the kit: The tool box and trays are built extremely well. It being in the center is going to help in rigidity of the entire box, as well as hold some of your heavier tools that the kit comes with. The bottom of the box is integrated with foam inserts to hold some of the specialty tools the kit comes with (nice addition)."
"Every tool box I own has a hole under the tray handle which allows small tools to fall through. I'm still learning what some of the specialized tools are for with the newer hubs and bottom brackets but was able to fix a friends creaky suspension bike with one of the spline tools. This does not contain a freewheel remover for my vintage 1970, 1980 bikes and does not contain a freewheel or freehub tool to remove whatever off brand it is on my new Schwinn Mountain Bike. If you go to the Bikehand website, you will see that they are a bicycle Tool company in Taiwan dedicated to making Bike tools. I would like to see all of their tools become more readily available in the US and give the overpriced Park tools some competition. Also purchased a Parks Y type Allen wrench tool which handles 85% of all Allen key needs. Had to buy Park Tools Spanners, SPA-1, -2 and the yellow one Along with the Bike Hand Lock ring removal tool to work on vintage bottom brackets. All the Bike Hand Tools are holding up fine, especially the Pedal Removal wrench. The Cable Cutting Tool works fine."
