Find Best Price at Amazon"Do not use the Amazon measurements as they are not going to be accurate. The measurements (across) for the size small are. Chest: 54cm. Waist: 50cm. Hip: 55cm. The hood is detachable and lays nice and flat on my shoulders when left down.The hood is not large, but fits my head and shouldn't be blown down on a windy day. The outside breast pocket fits my iPhone 5 perfectly and will probably also fit the 6, but a Galaxy Note may not fit (but then again, not much does fit women's pockets because all manufacturers hate the idea of functional women's pockets... a story for another day). They have a velcro piece and a small elastic around the wrist that allows for sizing. This was a GREAT purchase, and I'm glad I trusted in the manufacturer measurements."
