And of course I played it up like I was the most awesome mom ever and actually knew what the heck he was talking about. Aside from him being excited about the stick in general he kept talking about how nice it was. My son added some grip tape to it and has played "goalie" for his little sisters who have lighter, softer sticks but love to play hockey and emulate their bigger brothers. I even make him keep an Otterbox case on his phone at all times because he's broken so many phones and I was sick of paying the deductible to replace them. My husband said he's surprised at the quality of the stick and that good quality is hard to find nowadays without paying an arm and a leg."

This is an adorable mini goalie stick and ball that makes for a great table-top hockey (or knee hockey or 2-3 year old "youth hockey"!). I say "adorable" because it's really small; I was thinking it was a junior-size goalie stick, but it's much smaller than that (heel to top of stick is 16.5 inches; blade is just about 8 inches wide from heel to end). It looks great an the foam ball doubles as a pseudo-stress ball."
