"Here's what i found. Pro's: 1- Price. 2- Strength; tested 100yrds in 3,5,10,15 feet incriments (3 times each length) and averaged ~16.6lb breaking strength. Would be higher, but a couple of the shorter length tests broke at the knot below 10lbs (likely my error). Got tangled up in oyster covered rocks, 30lb mono leader was broke and the portion of braid that was tangled up was a little frayed, similar to what PowerPro does after using it for a while."
