Best to have 2 reasonably strong adults set this up, but the good news is it unfolds and legs in place, turned upright and ready to use in about 1 minute. The halves meet beautifully in the middle with NO uneven seam. The printing is not an overlay, it is inked into the felt, so no flaking or surface issues. There is no slack whatsoever and the felt is nice and even, a dream to deal on. The holders are deep enough to prevent minor accidents and seem to be made of fairly sturdy stainless steel.
