Find Best Price at Amazon"My friend who turned me onto SUP works at a shop that only sells YOLO boards and that is all they use personally, as well. I had only used a regular SUP so I can't compare to other iSUP boards but this one is really easy to get around. Hubby was convinced the gauge wasn't working but I had read about it taking a while to register and told him to keep going. That being said, it isn't terrible and I decided to buy board #2 rather than shelling out the money for a carbon paddle. I tell you this because with getting on and off the board in the middle of the lake --dragging my body out of a fresh water lake is not as easy as the brakish water I am used to in FL-- sunscreen got on the white portion and make it look yellow/dirty. We used them 2 days in a row and I decided packing them up wet is okay but I will always wash them right when I get home from now on. I used a sponge and a cleaner that has oils in it because I don't want to dry it out really bad with constant use to clean them. I also washed the poles and turned the bags inside out and sprayed them down --I don't want any weird odors from lake water having dried on them. To make sure it was gonna work with the board the guy went out and looked at it with me. Out at the lake a few people commented on how nice they looked =) I really like that the paddles match the boards. For 1- no one can take MY paddle (I am at the point I am getting over the "what is mine is yours" aspect of parenting, haha), and 2- I can see from pretty far if the people on the SUPs out there belong to me! I got 2 right away because hubby was getting ready to go on a long trip for work and I wanted us to be able to SUP together rather than taking turns."
"Practice or take the manual with you if you can’t remember how the valve is supposed to be to cut off air flow. I am very accustomed to 11-12 foot hard boards, and I SUP on the Potomac River in DC which is generally flat but sees its share of wake from boats, scullers, and currents. Disassembling was easy, but the bag seams are not very well constructed so be careful when you zip it up and be patient. In summary: Pros: Affordable, beautiful board, seems durable, easy assembly, light to carry once inflated, soft cushy foot board, sturdy tether ropes to keep your stuff in place. Cons: Not as stable as a hard board, you feel every ripple of water underneath you which can feel alarming, no Go Pro mount for those who want one, VERY heavy which may make traveling with it hard and that's why I bought it. ****Late season update:****. I'm back to give a little more of a review to the board. Think like you’re working on the railroad and do some squats while you pump it for an easier experience. I used the glue in the repair kit to patch it but it didn't seem to work because every time some water gets on the surface of the board, it bubbles and hisses. I'm still trying to get to them after sending an email, phone call, left a voicemail; and a message on Instagram. It's just a little tough and there are sharp corners that form that kind of scare me that they're going to wear or something. I really want to keep this board around for a long time, and I don't always have the budget to buy it, so that makes me nervous. I’ve been stopped so many times by curious paddlers asking where I got it and complimenting me on it, so I highly recommend it. Still staying with 4 stars because of the difficulty I had reaching out to Isle about the scratch."

Find Best Price at Amazon"Pumping the board up is fairly easy, as you reach the 15 psi range you start to feel resistance, but that just gives you a nice little arm pump (pun intended) before you head out on the water. Center grab handle on the stomp pad of the board makes it really easier to pick up and carry around and the universal fin installs with the few turns of the screw. On the water the board was extremely stable, it was my first time doing standup paddle boarding and after a few minutes I was standing up and paddling with the dog walking around trying to bite the water off the sides."
"It is a smooth ride, SUPER LIGHTWEIGHT, stylish, great quality, and has tons of room, you can bring along another person or a couple dogs if you want!"
"Great board!"
"The 2 year warranty, amazing communication and customer service from the manufacturer combined with amazon's return policy helped make the decision a whole lot easier. The package contains the board, a carrying bag, a 3 part adjustable paddle, a repair kit, and a pump. The baord is slightly heavier than other inflatable boards I've felt but I love that because to me, it feels sturdier and better-built. It also includes 2 inflatable "donuts" that slip over the 2 smaller fins (which are not removable) to keep them from rubbing holes in the bag or scratching the board. I inflated the board to the recommended 15psi and just as in the photos, it's sturdy enough to lay across 2 chairs and stand on. Besides, the convenience of having a board I can take anywhere and keep in the trunk of a car more than makes up for the small cardio and upper body workout I get before I use it. I rocked my feet back and forth to see how far I could get it to tip ton one side before it became unsteady to the point of falling off, and again, I was pleasantly surprised with the result. Although the board is mostly flat, it does have some rocker built into the front so it handles chop and waves quite well. I like that it has marks on the side of the telescoping handle so you can easily set it to your preferred length every time you use it. Sounds like a simple thing but on a long beach walk or hike, that makes a huge difference. The convenience is great and for what I'll be using it for, is worth whatever minor performance sacrifices there might be when compared with a hard board. I'm extremely pleased with the board itself but I also want to give a shout out to the customer service at Atoll. They may be a smaller company but they're quick to respond with helpful answers and their product support has been off the charts."

Find Best Price at Amazon"After some research, I found I could get the best of many situations by buying a ISUP with a attachable seat. The Sea Eagle is the other board I was looking at, however, it did not have rear D Rings and it was 2-3 inches narrower. It fits in the trunk of my sports car, I was able to use the SEA EAGLE's seat with the ISLE. Because its wider than the Sea Eagle, it is more stable when you stand up and move around on the board. It takes a lot of work to keep up with a mixed group of kayaks and SUP's that want a little speed. I found the pump to work great and only took about 5 min to inflate the board. The more often I pump this board up, the quicker the butterfly flab under my upper arms will disappear. It is a 5 min workout that gets tougher as the minutes go bye until it becomes too hard to pump at all."
"I read a lot of on-line reviews and concluded that many people were very happy with this relatively inexpensive iSUP. My girlfriend had mentioned going again and I decided that a pair of boards would make a nice Xmas present. We live on the intracoastal waterway in south Florida and I go out 3-4 times a week, usually at sunset. As to stability, on the first couple of trips I would crouch down each time a boat wake came my way. Once your body learns to react instinctively to the movements of the board, it is nearly impossible to fall off. I finally stepped off for the first time this week, but only because I was in 6" of water and some barnacles grabbed the bottom fin and stopped the board. In general, holding the paddle square, I find that 6-8 strokes on each side is a good rhythm. I felt like I could control the board just a tad easier, but reaching around my left hip for close to two hours made my shoulder and back extremely sore. I can sustain 4.0 mph for about 3-4 miles, but inevitably the winds and current (or exhaustion) slow me down. I find that popping the plug out of the top of the pump at around 13 psi makes the last 2-3 lbs a little easier to achieve. Generally, all I have along is a water bottle, but I just purchased an anchor and plan to actually try yoga and fishing (not necessarily at the same time) on the board. I smoothed it with a sharp knife blade and just try to make sure that I don't drag it on any rough surface. I just grabbed it from the closet and threw it in my truck last weekend in order to spend the afternoon paddling at a nearby park. Every time a spotted ray jumps in my vicinity, I am reaffirmed in my choice of exercise."
"While I'm still new to SUP, I love the fact that I can just throw this into the trunk of my car and inflate it with a Sevylor 12 Volt 15 PSI SUP and Water Sport Pump in a few minutes in the parking lot."
"I'm bummed! Seems to me that the 'nut' that connects the valve should be connected to the board inside."
Best Stand-Up Paddleboard Bags

These bags do a superb job of protecting your precious 2- Piece or 3-Piece paddle from scratches and damage when travelling in vehicles or planes, plus to and from the water - AND they have a heat reflective internal lining to protect your paddle when it is lying in the sun. These bags do a superb job of protecting your precious paddles from scratches and damage when travelling in vehicles or planes, plus to and from the water - AND they have a heat reflective internal lining to protect your paddle when it is lying in the sun. On top of protecting your paddle these bags make carrying multiple paddles super quick and easy – as extra paddles can easily attach to the outside of the bag in seconds making the trip from the car to the water super quick if carrying more than one paddle - and also works if you have several bags as they can easily attach to each other. The bags slim design removes any excess material, while at 2150mm long it can take a full length uncut paddle - or for shorter paddles or those that can 'adjust down' a handy velcro strap takes any excess bag and folds it back on itself and then attaches.
