"The only complaint I have(which its just a cosmetic, nit picky issue) is that I wish it had a small carry handle on top. (which is nice, thanks guys). - it comes unstocked (saw some people complain about that). - it does come in a sealed bag (I know some are picky about that)."
"First and foremost, this is ONLY the pouch."
"CONSTRUCTION: Appears to be double stitched around the zippers, across the PALS webbing and at the snap strap attachment points. Measurements from seam to seam reveal the bags to be about 1/2" undersize in all directions, checking 7-1/2" tall x 5-1/2" wide by aprox 2-1/2" thick."
"For reference, a typical 7" pair of trauma shears will fit vertically inside the pouch, but not horizontally. Once I had some gauze dressings, a blister kit, shears, and a small number of medications, I was out of room. That being said, if you can get something to sit within the open pouch, you can probably squeeze it shut, and use the very stout zipper to compress your supplies."
"Pros: MOLLE attachments work well, velcro allows for placement of a label or name tape, the zippers action smoothly, the size is just right for an external pouch. Cons: The material is not actually OCP and will stand out significantly if you use it on a Mil Spec bag or equipment. This is a well constructed pouch for the money, but just be warned that the camouflage is not what the US Army uses and it will stand out."
"Probably not the right application for a Molle bag, but these are built like the proverbial brick outhouse and the bright color means it's hard to miss."

Find Best Price at Amazon"One is an ORCA and one is a CONDOR. But for its intended use as a trauma kit, both bags are perfect."
"I bought this for a first aid and trauma kit for camping and backpacking. The rip-away feature works incredibly well on my Orca Tactical SALISH 40L backpack and allows me to access the kit incredibly easily in case of emergency. The pouch itself has plenty of space and is greatly compartmentalized for organizing a kit very effectively. Mediplex Ag Dressing. Overall I have not found anything I dislike with this EMT pouch and would gladly purchase another one if needed."
"As for construction it's well made lots of room just be aware it sticks out a good bit if your going for streamline like I prefer I'd get something else."
"Product is well build, organized and adaptable to many concepts."
"The Velcro strap that goes across the zipper on top of the pouch was not aligned/sewn correctly, and has to be pulled at a near 45 degree angle to function."
"I really am looking forward to using this item, it is an improvement in design, from the prior one that I also have, The Product is very well made and thought of, and would highly recommend this product, I am also under the impress that the Orca, is open to suggestions with is another plus for them since people actually use it can give the feed back on improving it, GREAT JOB, and am please with purchasing my second EMT Mollie bag, really likd the idea of rip-away.... James Wong,"
"The Velcro tab/strap that keeps it shut (after you open the clasp and strap) is a bit buried under the carry handle, but that may be a good thing because it helps to ensure you can't accidentally snag the strap and spill the kit open."
"Super med kit pack!"

"These are perfect for carrying a water bottle on a field trip, for walking/jogging, going on a hike or camping. You can fit your smart phone, wallet or a few credit cards, ID and some cash. You can put keys, a camera, first aide supplies or what ever your heart desires. You can wear it just over the shoulder or cross it over your body, the strap can be made longer or shorter."
"Had a hydroflask and now a 45degree latitude bottle, both 40oz. Update: I've been using the straw lid for a while and it works ok."
"I use the side pouch to hold a folding stove with fuel, a firesteel, and water purification tablets (this is my EDC water pouch, I always either have it with me or in the car)."
"The cook kit slides in and out effortlessly, which was one of my concerns when shopping around for an H2O kit like this."
"Molle all over the front and sides make attaching extra items easy, tho I feel its perfect as is. There is more room to spare, but all in all this is a perfect addition to my EDC bag and will purchase from this company again if I need anything else."
"Holds a 32 oz Nalgene bottle (which is what I purchased it for) with maybe 2” to spare; well-made with excellent YKK zippers and mine came with knotted paracord pulls (not with the plastic caps as pictured - no problem, though), padded (lightly insulated) interior; extra pouch on front that my iPhone 6+ BARELY squeezes into; velcro on top & front pouch; H2O velcro-backed patch included; one of two I ordered came with a shoulder strap; four short MOLLE straps that keep it attached to the carrying pack a bit tighter than the ROTHCO equivalent Bottle Pouch does, which is why I like this ORCA Bottle Pouch just a tad better."

The Ultimate Belly Band Holster for Comfortable Concealed Carry. It turns brittle after getting wet repeatedly, it has a tendency to pinch your skin and body hair resulting in pinches and pulls, and is uncomfortable against your skin. Neoprene on the other hand is soft against your skin which is why it is used in knee braces and back braces. It provide more comfort and support resulting in a better product. ONE SIZE FITS ALL BAND - Neoprene band is adjustable and stretches to fit up to a 44" belly. ONE SIZE FITS ALL HOLSTER - Surgical grade elastic holster fits small subcompact, compact, and even full size pistols and revolvers.

Find Best Price at Amazon"The band itself is comfortable, but if you're not used to wearing something of weight on your belly/hips, it might take some getting used to. If you wear tight pants or jeans (like I am in my picture) you'll have to wear the band higher up on your belly because if your pants overlap the end of your pistol then that pushes the top outward and then you have something sticking out under your shirt. So I found that not wearing the band halfway under my pants (like in the product picture) works better for me."
"I have an inside the waistband holster and a leg holster too, for any occasions where this one might not work, which honestly all I can think off is for when I wear a dress. I honestly can't say anything bad about this holster, when I saw it said, "one size fits all" I thought I'd surely fall out of that frame, but I didn't, and I adore it! I no longer have to worry about my pants falling down from my inside the waistband holster, because this baby stays in place!"
"I have always carried concealed in my purse or car, but with the crazy times we live in, I decided to start carrying on me."
"(This was not the case when wearing regular clothes as mentioned in the cons). For activities like running, the "mag pouch" is perfect for placing cards and IDs. Does not add much weight and is fairly comfortable. Cons. The "mag pouch" was nearly useless for actually holding mags. I am sure with some practice I could become quick with deployment, but freeing the firearm will either take 2 hands or you'll have to pull the tab with your shooting hand and then move your hand into position to draw."

Find Best Price at Amazon"I added a 1.75 oz QuickClot clotting sponge, a larger spool of adhesive tape to hold the clotting sponge in place, WaterJel burnjel, the MediPoint splinter-out, all from Amazon, and picked up some Advanced Blood Stop (hemostatic gauze) from CVS (sort of a small version of the QuickClot)."
"As some of the other reviewers have mentioned, it would be nice if all the ointments were certainly made in the USA, but doing a lot of research myself (including of the products sold directly on the American Red Cross website), it doesn't seem likely that such products can actually be obtained with any sort of ease."
"I mean this thing has everything and at a very reasonable price. I read a few reviews talking about the scissors and compass."
"I honestly didn't read what was in it. It was compact and a first aid kit, which was really all I was looking for. The reviews were good so I decided to take a chance."
"This is a great first aid kit, perfect for your car."
"This small efficient neatly packed kit allows me to carry a smaller cross body bag."
"I liked the contents, case and size enough that I purchased a second kit in July of 2016 so we could have a kit in each of our vehicles."
