Find Best Price at Amazon"I needed side to side, check. I needed topspin and backspin (underspin on the control panel), which this machine has unlike its cheaper cousin the "freedom" model that is $100 cheaper. Believe me, this machine is far cheaper than more lessons or drills for the juniors. We also like to use the side to side and hit together at the same time, which is fun for us. Pros: very portable, repeatable feeds (each ball lands within 3 feet of the previous one with same pace and spin unless you're on the side to side sweep), long battery life, true top spin and back spin, easy setup with directions written by someone that uses English as their native language, and pretty quiet. But $150 for this is absurd and it would save me the 4 or 5 balls that get shot out when I'm going to the other side of the court after I've started the machine up."
"The machine arrived, with the battery not hooked up, and the battery compartment restrainer freely sliding inside the machine. After that is fixed, I charged the battery, and the machine worked!"
"(haven't used other machines so wouldn't know if it's too bad). The knobs are a bit sensitive with quite a bit of variance for minute changes so I guess Lobster could have done a better job there. The charging instructions were absent so had to call customer care to figure out the LED light changing sequence. If I remember right, while charging, - it's solid red - then blinking red - then blinking green - then green for full charge."
"I use this machine every morning to work on my ground stroke."
"Really light and comfortable for mobility and space in the trunk.. A better option would be with a timer to let you reach the other side, I believe the remote control option will get this issue."
"It gives a very consistent pattern and is great for developing a consistent swing."
"Great ball machine, one minor issue is that sometimes the elevation does not work properly, So you have to play around with it a bit."
"Broke after only using it 5-6 times in 4 months."

Enjoy playing against such advanced features such as full corner-to-corner random oscillation to help you work on your forehands and backhands, up to 60 degree lobs to practice your overheads - a feature not available on any other ball machine, speeds of up to 80 miles per hour to improve your reaction time, and heavy top and back spin choices to perfect your ability to return whatever comes your way.Elevation: electronic0-60 degrees Weight: 42 lbs. Oscillation: Random horizontal Speed: 20 to 80 mph Ball capacity: 150 Feed rate: 2-10 seconds Power: battery Court time: 4-8 hours.

"For my tennis game, there is nothing better one can do for their game than to get into the repetition of hitting ball after ball after ball. And if you're serious about making smart decisions in your life, you will make that machine a Lobster."
"I have been playing for only 1 year but am a solid 3.0 USTA rated man and my girlfriend is a very good 3.5/4.0 who hits it great. Portability is the best feature and the battery has not run out even after using it for 3.5 hours straight."
"I know I can easily carry 40 pounds, but if I have to spread my arms so wide to grasp it from the bottom, it puts me in awkward position."
"I researched ball machines for a few months before I decided on this one, and I'm so glad I did."
"Last year I borrowed a friends Lobster Elite 3 and after hitting several thousand strokes, I finally developed a dependable topspin forehand. I keep the balls (I use the Tretorn Micro X pressureless balls) in the pickup basket so I don't mind not using the machines hopper when transporting the machine, unlike one of the other reviewers."
"excellent tool for newer and experienced players, holds many balls, good battery life, a little awkward to lift into a vehicle."
"First shipment came damaged and the machine did not work."

The FIRST thing I did was put my bucket of balls into the basket & attempt to stand it up & lock the legs since so many people said it was basically impossible to do it with balls inside the basket."
"Very impressed with the quality, especially for the low price I paid."
"One of the nuts fell off after using it a couple times - now the bolt keeps scratching my leg or whatever it touches."
"Sturdy, picks up balls and saves my back from all the bending over I usually do when picking up balls."
"Wish the handles had a better lock mechanism or design that does not pinch your hands as your raise it int he up position."
"However, if you tight the nuts a bit to much, the cage will bend making it difficult fot the lit to snap in place to secure the balls."
"If you go to youtube "How to assemble the Wilson 75 Ball Pickup basket " you will see that it should have arrived in a Wilson box. My guess is that someone had purchased it and found that the cage was missing the tube on one side, threw it back into the box after disassembling, and neglected to put the screws and the instruction also into the box. The supplier "Warehouse Deals, Inc" probably took a "quick" look at contents and simply put back on shelf."
"I have to lift and hold the basket against me to be able to hatch them."

Find Best Price at Amazon"The bottom base pole should connect from base to base to give the end pole enough support to keep the net. tight.I purchased 1" PVC and 3/4" PVC with some connectors to connect to the base poles."
"Pros: Sturdy. Simple set up and take down. Relatively light for heavyweight build quality. Cons: Quality of balls and shuttlecocks isn't fantastic. Handgrips on paddles are uncomfortable. If you are looking for a good quality net setup this is for you."
"The paddles are made from high quality plywood with plastic handle inserts. The birdies are well made and much heavier than a traditional badminton shuttlecock. The birdies are made of actual feathers and do start wearing out with heavy use."
"They are weighted by sand or water in the bases, are easily moved when you need to, and with the three leg design, do not tip inwards into the field of play pulled by the net."
"I recently purchased the Lifetime net set, for the sole purpose of playing badminton in the summer time when I have people over to the house. For all intents and purposes, I don't plan on using the paddles and included accessories for the other games, so my review will center primarily around the net itself. Firstly, I looked into this set because I was tired of dealing with the standard badminton nets that require pounding stakes into the ground."
"Easy to set up, not flimsy -- relatively resistant to kids running into the net."
"Bought this a year and a half ago."
"(We. play Pickle Ball nearly every day....) The paddles are ok, but my husband made additional. paddles out of a thicker wood."
