Find Best Price at Amazon"I guess it's because after reading all the other reviews prior to buying, I'm somewhat conflicted since mostly, people either seem to love or hate this drill and I'd like to get my two cents worth in. After reading about a bazillion reviews (small exaggeration) I didn't know what to think and, I thought perhaps I could help my fellow Amazonians (is that a word?). While I am not an expert, I do build and sell hardwood furniture and am familiar with most of the tools that you would find in a working woodshop. Since Amazon has return priviliges I figured I could examine the product thoroughly upon receipt and decide for myself if it was a good buy. With its bright colors and swirly lines it looks like something Roger Rabbit would use (or, if you're in my generation; Bullwinkle). If you hear a clicking sound when tightening the chuck around a bit, then you need to adjust the ring so the screw icon is on top. Frequently, when hand-tightening the chuck, it will escape your grip (after all, we're not as strong as gorillas) and spin, burning your hand. With gloves protecting your hands, if it slips, you don't get burned and you're capable of tightening your grip and getting maximum holding power between the chuck/bit. Upon unboxing this drill at a friends house his wife thought it looked "cute" and felt it would be a good addition to their kit (they frequently go to numerous flea markets throughout Texas and carry basic tools with them). Also, even though I was wearing leather gloves, I could feel a lot of heat at the barrel (after all, these tests were done with no interruptions) and it was apparent to me that to continue, I would probably smoke the motor, which made no sense to me. Especially using a large diameter bit like the 1 3/8" comes very close to the definition of abusing your tools so, if you can avoid it, I suggest not subjecting your drill to loads such as this.. I also think that because of it's reduced weight it would be an ideal drill for a woman and I think the manufacturers did a good job of "splitting the difference" in designing a grip that is both large enough for a big man (though just barely) and small enough to be comfortable for the average woman. Caveat: As I told you earlier, one of the reasons I got this drill was because of all the contradictory reviews (it piqued my curiousity)."

This stud finder was powerful enough to not only grab the 1st magnet from an inch away, but also pull the other 2 from the refrigerator and hold the calendar in the air while carrying it to another room and passing it through the door. Usage tip: Once you find the 1st stud, have a tape measure extended several feet and let the magnets of the stud finder hold the extended end of the tape as you hold the base end. This will make finding studs a little easier. Hint (for those without access to ask a good carpenter / inspector): An easy way to figure out your stud placement is to find the stud nearest the corner of a Room. Also note that exterior walls may have different / closer stud placement and distance than interior walls."

Also, because there are no features to set the clocking of the handle, and because tightening the retaining nut will cause the fixture to spin, having a second person to hold it in place would be helpful. After buying and installing this faucet, I was given the amazing privilege of being able to try out the Motionsense version in chrome, the Moen 7594EC, as part of the Vine program."
"Three months ago, I shopped around and settled on a Moen 7594SRS Arbor, which is the non-Motionsense version of this faucet in spot resistance stainless. I picked the sensorless version over the Motionsense version for three main reasons: (1) it was my first faucet installation and it looked less complicated to install, (2) it didn't have electronic sensors and a solenoid that could break down, and (3) it cost about $150 less. The video is mostly intended to show off the faucet and some of the features, as well as show the sensors working. A couple of nits with the Motionsense models: (*) The temperature control for water dispensed using the sensors is located on the control box under the sink. While it is more complicated than the install for the version without sensors, it's essentially one added step of mounting the control box and plugging in a few more hoses. It's great that the water flow controlled by the handle doesn't require the electronics in the control box. ----------------------------------------------------------. Here are two things that I didn't see/notice on the product pages and didn't realize before getting both faucets: (*) The Motionsense model has a higher flow rate spout, being 2.2 GPM versus 1.5 GPM on the regular model. (*) The handle on the regular model can be located on the right side, left side, or anywhere in between. The Motionsense model is located on the right side only. I had the Moen faucet that came with my house for over 12 years before deciding to get something new (and it still worked fine), and I expect that I'll use this faucet for a long time. I did a video review of that model, too, which shows the Arbor and Brantford side by side."

The case supplied with the Stanley set is very poor, the sockets can be almost impossible to remove without breaking your nails. Although this is a pretty nice set for the money but I found a much better set for about the same amount of money: Crescent CSWS10 3/8-Inch Drive Socket Wrench Set, 52-Piece. The case for these sockets is much better, everything fits nicely and sockets are easily removed as they are not ‘clamped in’ as with the Stanley sockets."

First it started running, which was easily fixed with a cap flushing, but then water stopped flowing to the fill tube. The clog was down in the fill valve below the cap and did not stay fixed with a flushing, so I just decided to replace it. It is open ended just with hooks). My one toilet has a flapper with the timing cup on top of it and it's own drain seat insert that it's attached to (555CRP8, also made by Fluidmaster, 555C is the newest version) because the fill tube is too far from the drain and a standard offset on the flapper, as this has, wouldn't center and seal properly. The other toilet still has a firm gray one with a notched plastic "chain" that I installed separately years ago too."

"It's a very nice looking faucet; good size, craftsmanship, features, handle. The rocker switch is a hard plastic, which is much more durable than the soft rubber types. It cleans easily and shows no signs of chipping, scratching, fading, etc. Issue: at 2 1/2 years, we started noticing black specs in the water. I called Delta and they were really helpful; it's a known problem and supposedly not a safety/health concern. The hose braiding and connection near the head are totally different, and I suspect the slight increase in the height of the fitting is what keeps the back side from sticking as well as before."
"A few suggested silicone grease, which I would be concerned may collect dirt and gunk up on the hose and within the faucet arm (where you can’t easily clean) after some time. To lubricate, I laid the fixture assembly in our laundry tub to catch overspray, pulled the hose ALMOST all the way through the fixture assembly, sprayed it on the exposed hose and wiped it around with my hand, let it dry/soak in for a while, and gently wiped with a paper towel to remove any excess. I've also installed plastic shower rod covers over our wood hanger rods in our closets, coating with the silicone spray, air drying for some time, and wiping them prior to install. One thing that concerns me about the sprayer hose is that there is no brake to keep the hose from being pulled out so far that it would stress the rigid plastic junction where the vulnerable rigid plastic clip is installed. We have some extra weights around here from other fixtures such as the Moen I just removed, and on those fixtures they were affixed to an appropriate point along the hose in order to prevent excessive hose withdrawal. The main thing that concerns me about the sprayer hose is the precarious way that the hose assembly attaches to the faucet assembly, held in place by a rigid plastic clip. In fact, in attempting to replicate Mr. Mojo’s solution, the zip ties, when installed per his photo, actually dislodged the clip from the hose junction as I tightened the zip ties at the specified locations– the clip was left hanging in place but the junction was no longer secured."
