"After some quick research on the internet I noticed that a burnt out element was a common issue on these guys, so I Amazon Primed (Aka Magic'd) me one of these bad boys.. 24 hours later, it's showed up at my front door. I called around and was quoted about $300 for the install -- Which seemed expensive, but there were very few 'Samsung Authorized' repair shops in my area, and most places wanted diagnosis fees and crap... I actually found a video online where someone does the install from the back of the dryer, but that is not needed. The tricky part is pulling the element box out, and making sure the thermostats get connected back properly. This will make it so if the element is not the problem, you can re-assemble and call an expert and save yourself some time). 5. You don't wanna mix those up, and the metal screws can split the plastic. Check all of your exhaust piping, and make sure the vent flap outside is not stuck/clogged (Which mine was). If there is a lot of lint inside your dryer, it's most likely a blockage issue The reason these elements are prone to burning out is the amount of airflow needed to keep them cool. Anyone find it aggravating that they have a "Smart" dryer, yet it's too dumb to tell you that the element is burnt out?"
"I did take the time to clean the lint out of the inside of the dryer off the sensors and also cleaned the exhaust and checked the belt The dryer upon start up heated up noticably hotter. Its probaly a good thing that the old element burned out as there was a high possiblity that this dryer could have caught on fire. Evan when cleaning the lint filter after every load the dryer still had alot of lint inside it especially around the sensors and heater."
"I used this element to repair my Sansung electric dryer."
"This thing ranged from $50-$70 (and higher) direct from a variety of parts retailers, so I was pleasantly surprised to find this particular item for sale on Amazon in the $20 range."
"We installed this 2 months ago and it's still going good."
"showed up on-time and worked great in my 4 year dryer."

"When considering the option of calling a service pro or worse the cost of a new washer and dryer (you know she won't just accept the replacement of one of the appliances right?)."
"I researched the problem and guessed it was this part, figuring worst case I blew these few dollars over having to purchase a new dryer (or set)."
"Word of advice: if your clothes aren't dry on "normal" cycle (e.g.), try bumping it up to "Bulky" or Heavy Duty"."
"I put those into Amazon search, found what I needed to do my repairs and POOF, my dryer was back heating and running like new. Just use Mr Searchbar and you can find step by step directions."
"After watching a couple videos and reading some posts online, I started taking apart the dryer. Our heating element was warped and the coil was broken in one place. For this piece to be $30 and arrive in two days, I was extremely happy."
"Watched a youtube video to determine the problem with my dryer and this replacement part was so much cheaper (about $70 less) to order online than when I tried to purchase at a local shop."
"If your dryer is not heating, consider that it may be a clogged dryer vent and/or thermistor and thermal fuse (about a $25 part) that needs replacing instead of the heating element."
"I bought this less than 2 years ago to fix my dryer and it worked great until today less than two years old."

BetterVent Indoor Dryer Vent
INDOOR DRYER VENT - Indoor lint trap for electric dryers that does not use water.
Reviews
"My husband didn't like cleaning out the tube, so he vented the dryer out into the garage - but lint seemed to be getting everywhere with the lint catcher he was using. We experimented with various filters and determined the following after installing the vent and weighting the change your filter door as per the instructions: (1) The changeable filters that comes with the vent are too lightweight and almost impossible to clean. (2) I next tried a 3/4 inch thick washable filter cut from a a/c filter (about the same thickness as the filters that came with the vent) - and while it was easier to clean, the change your filter door popped up after 6 loads - with a moderate amount of lint in the filter. (3) I next tried a 1/4 inch thick washable a/c filter - which was the easiest to clean, and the change your filter door didn't pop up until 10 loads - or a week of laundry. The pictures below are of the installation in the garage with the change your filter door popped up, and the metal filter and 1/4 inch a/c filter after 10 loads (1 week) of laundry. Filters in picture: 1) The green filter is from the cheapest whole house a/c filter my husband could find. 2) The black filter is a foam window unit a/c filter, about 1/8 inch thick - it was the cheapest and worked as well as the green filter - about 10 loads. The 1/2 inch thick one worked as poorly as the one provided by the manufacturer of the dryer vent. 4) The white/blue filter is the one provided by the manufacturer - I got the least amount of loads with it (it and the 1/2 inch blue filter) - and it really isn't very washable."
"It mounts to the wall, and the door is easily opened to be able to clean the screen and filter."
"The other indoor filters are all fairly priced at around $20 but I didn't get any of them because they were all ones that required water and I thought that was a pain in the ass to have to worry about changing and having humid heat coming out of it."
"Add a small box fan to the side to move heat and moisture to where they're needed."
"Stop now and buy THIS ONE!"
"Previously we had a small box contraption that did not work, and blew lint into our bedroom and closet."
"It does not keep all lint from escaping into the room, but it does a decent job."
"When we bought a new condo this summer we were shocked to discover when our washer and dryer delivery people came that there was no air vent for the dryer!"

"The Whirlpool/Kitchenaid company offers the W10712394 kit which provides all the parts to replace the top rack adjusters (both left and right sides are included in the kit along with retainer clips, etc)."
"The problem with the Kenmore design is the shaft that the rollers roll on."
"Superior SS metal part to OEM plastic adjusting bars on top rack. The new part's grey wheels that come do NOT fit the OEM Sears metal slide rails."
"This is an excellent OEM replacement part and is a total redesign of the original all plastic roller system which failed after about 4 years of bi-weekly use. The main body of the replacement is now stainless steel and looks so different that that I was reluctant to order until I did some additional research."
"This replacement part required me to remove my wine racks on both side permanently. Living without the wine rack is better than picking up wheels off the kitchen floor every time I pulled out the upper rack."
"As I said, this kit from Results International is made up of genuine Whirlpool factory parts (Whirlpool kit part# W10712394)."

"True, the strip is narrower than on the original filter but when I looked at the original filter the strip was sticking out at an angle, so the effective sealing on the new filter should be about the same."
"Perfect fit replacement part for my dryer."
"The functionality is about as expected if you are needing a quality replacement filter screen."
"So, maybe whirlpool made a design change which included felt to help secure the fit of the screen."
"Had to glue felt in as another reviewer suggested since that was the problem with lint filter that came with brand new dryer."
"When I first got this screen I worried that it was such a tight fit."
"Felt material around the edge does not stick out from the plastic frame far enough to make a good seal."
"Not happy with the dryer screen."
