Find Best Price at Amazon"Throw in two USB ports, plus another built-in-micro USB charging cable, and you can have 5 devices plugged in to a single outlet, without needing any extra equipment or adapters. If you've ever tried to find an adapter that will accept a 3-prong laptop charger plug, you know they can be hard to come by, and they never actually ground the device - they just fit the plug. Third: The plug adapters are properly shaped to fit even recessed plugs. My first trip overseas almost ended in disaster: the adapter kit that I took with me was made for outlets that were flush with the wall, but the outlets in my room were all recessed. There was no way to get my plug to reach the outlet. The people who designed this one have obviously actually been overseas before, and know that not every plug is the same."
"Travelers to Italy: Note that there are two types of wall sockets found in Italy - a traditional three prong version and a hybrid-looking one that also accepts two prongs, eg is universal EU outlet friendly (picture attached - hybrid socket on the right)."
"Hi, This is my review for the product listed on Amazon as: [UL Listed] Poweradd 2-Outlet International Travel Charger with Dual USB Ports, Micro USB Connector, US EU AU UK Plugs, Charging Stand – White. I received this product last week and had time over the past couple of days to evaluate it for review. I would’ve liked for PowerAdd to provide a travel pouch with this product package to carry the charger and wall plugs around. The other issue with this setup that some users may come across is that if they use a high power plug that’s used for certain office products like lamps and printers, then the size of the plug may cover or get in the way of being able to use the USB port below it, which can be a problem. Also, the sockets are packed close to each other, so small plugs won’t have an issue, but two large plugs may not fit or may be too skin tight to where it will be difficult to pull one plug out with no fit on one side to grip on the sides to pull out. It can be pretty tough and a lot of effort required to pull the wall plug out of the charger socket without flinging your arm up. As a test, I plugged the charger to a wall outlet near my desk and for two days, I left my lamp and laptop charging through the two available sockets on the charger. I also plugged my lightning cable to the USB port and charged my iPhone at the same time."

Find Best Price at Amazon"Travel power can be confusing, and getting it wrong can potentially be dangerous, even if just to your devices. (Note: if you don't know the difference between "input voltage" and "plug type", please read the Travel Power info at the bottom. The 3-prong goes into the "holed" side you can see in the photo, and the two prong would go into the side you cannot see (also has holes) - so, if there's just one outlet at the bedside, you can charge your phone/tablet while also leaving the lamp plugged in (just remember to take it with you when you leave - the adapter, not the lamp). {The product photo is currently showing a white plug, which is the color I expected to receive}. So, I'm augmenting my review with a basic overview of what's needed for travel power purposes. Be sure to buy an adapter that has the "male" type/shape of your destination, and the "female" of your home country (if you don't know what that means, just liken them to basic 'human genital anatomy'). Again, a simple google search (or peek at the respective travel books) will give you this info. I've never bought one, but I've seen them in the usual places, including here on Amazon, as well as the "Travel" aisles in Target, Walmart, etc. So, before you spend money on a converter (that will take up precious space and weight in your luggage), check the very, very, very fine print on the wall plugs/brick adapters of your devices for writing that says something like "Input: 100-240V". Most of the stories I've heard about travelers blowing outlets and whatnot involve heating devices such as curling irons or hair dryers. With mobile phones and the smaller devices, this switching is usually done automatically. With these heating devices, the switching may need to be done manually, so be SURE to double-check that for yourself or others in your party, in order to prevent a dangerous or at least embarrassing situation."
"Glad I had more than 1 adapter since I could charge laptop, phone and use flat iron at the same time if I had to."
"Some would not even fit (same pron layout, simply doesn't go in). Some would be hard to plug in, and some would be too loose and falls off."
"This is a plug adapter and does not convert the Brazilian 220v to 110v."
"Do an image search for "australia extension cable" to see what these safety skirts look like and compare them to the Australian adaptor to see how it's like hammering a square peg into a round hole."
"After not wanting to share the 1 US outlet, I started to unplug the appliances & light fixtures in our room."
"I was with several family members in France for the summer and everyone kept stealing this Universal plug because it was the best one out of about 12 others my family took with them."
"This comes with 3 plugin ports along with 4 USB ports."

Find Best Price at Amazon"Somewhere I found a post from Top Greener Customer Service reps to call them at 1.714.569.9988 (8-5:30 PST) or email them at support@topgreener.com if you had problems or questions. They arrived along with a email detailing me that the new ones were tested on different devices getting results higher then 1.0, namely 1.2A, 1.4A,1.7A, 2.0A, 2.35A or 2.40A which I was able to verify with my own USB tester. Additionally, the reason I bought these was because my iPhone 5S's were causing random lock ups with the Leviton's T5632 model that you can read about all over the internet. I WOULD highly recommend calling TOPGREENER to make sure you getting one from the good batch and it will charge your device quickly! Here's a amazon link to a similar USB tester which are invaluable as you can also test your charging cables."
"You do not wrap the wire around the screw nor push the wire in and hope that the gauge is appropriate for whatever spring mechanism is in there - you push the wire in and then tighten the hidden clamp. The screws of the hot wire will still be hot, but it's better than having an extra wire wrapped around it, making it protrude more and be more likely to come within striking distance of the uninsulated ground wire when everything gets crammed back in the wall."
"This outlet was really easy to install."
"Great Product."
"I had deep boxes which just needed a bit of push and shove to get the receptacle flush with the wall, and it finally fit OK. One last thing - if you are using wall warts, they could cover up part or some of the USB connectors."
"The manufacturer assumes there is only one wire terminating at the ground rather than a continuous wire coming through the box and wrapping around post. Had to cut wire and piggy tail a ground wire to post."
