The problem with this type of stool is that the stool firmly fills the bottom cavity of the bowl like a plug. Most toilets (even expensive ones) have a hard time to (or can't) get the whole mass moving. In oblong bowls, often there is little water in the "flat" section and streaking and stool movement is often is a problem. Third is the diameter of the opening between the tank and the bowl, and the diameter and coating of the exit line. These are hidden, non-obvious items of large importance. That gives a more rapid water entry to the bowl (hence more forceful) and a wider exit line which helps significantly if the stool is of large diameter, or is large in soft mass (as discussed above)."

These nuts should be loosened much like lug nuts on an automobile wheel; alternate between them instead of completely removing one at a time. Some tank to tank gaskets do not have ribs, installation of this gasket is universal. Place the tank to bowl gasket onto the exposed discharge extension and reattach tank to bowl. Attach brass washers and hex nuts to each bolt (making sure you put the washers on before the hex nuts) and tighten securely. When tightening the tank to bowl nuts, use the alternating method while putting downward pressure on each side as you tighten the nuts on that side. It does NOT fit 10 Inch rough-in tanks, only 12 Inch rough-in tanks.

Amazon had them delivered, via UPS, within a few days and the toilets were in perfect condition upon my receipt and inspection. Style: Ultramax II is a one piece, which provides a clean, high-quality, solid, streamlined look compared to a two-piece. Note that just like the G-max models, this toilet has the 3” flush valve and the large siphon jet; however the Ultramax II is labeled as an “E-max” because of its more Efficient use of water (being only 1.28 gpf). The main difference is that the Ultramax II uses less water plus it has the two double cyclone nozzles rather than rim holes, which in my opinion (and Toto’s) makes this a superior toilet to the G-max. Note that they close a little on the slower side so you may have to push them down if you are a person who doesn’t want to flush the toilet until the lid is completely down. My bowls have remained very clean with minimal brushing, and I think it is a result of the combination of the SanaGloss and the double cyclone rinse. Note that sometimes a small clump of matter will stick to the wall, but it comes off quickly and easily by reaching down and swiping off with some toilet paper."

"Yes, everything (except the hose for the handheld) in this shower head combo is made of plastic, but its hardened composite plastic and is among the sturdiest I've found for shower heads in this price range, easily comparable to the MOEN I used to own (which cost more). If you have good to great water pressure I suggest you remove the flow control piece from ONLY the handheld unit and leave it in the fixed shower head. I have good water pressure and found that the fixed head put out TOO STRONG water pressure with the flow control removed. Without the flow control being left in the fixed head, when you engage both you get a stronger flow out of the fixed head and a mediocre to weak flow out of the handheld. I found the fixed head put out TOO MUCH pressure without it's flow control valve, but again this all depends on your individual water pressure and your own individual feelings on how much is too much water pressure... so as they say "your results may vary". You've got your standard high rain flow (normal shower stuff), a lower flow for those with high water pressure or are eco-conscious (not for me), the massage function (recommend you engage only one shower head to use this mode for maximum pressure output), the aforementioned pause mode (kind of useless in my opinion, if I want to pause I'll just shut off the water), and a really cool mist mode that even puts out a bit of a breeze when it's engaged (this mode will be GREAT for use during cold and cough season). Both the handheld and the fixed head offer all these modes, although I found the switch on the fixed head hard to move without rotating the entire head."
