"I received one that didn't twinkle per description so I contacted customer service thinking I had received a defective light and they quickly sent a new one, then a few days later they wanted me to ship the old one back and all I wanted was info on the description and twinkle. I guess kudos for giving a free light but they do need to work on communication a little better. I feel bad and wanted to pay for the other but there's no way to charge me without me shipping the old one back and ordering a new one. Anyone that knows xmas lights would def understand the diff btwn a flash and twinkle."
